A natural female powerlifter would never be able to lift this much that many times in a row. Even among natural men not many can deadlift 405 and even fewer can deadlift them for that many reps. If a woman can do this naturally she’s at the top .000001% of strongest women in history and not to mention top 10% of natural male weight lifters. She’s on steroids. It’s no big deal they all are.
Last time I did touch and go with 405lbs, my back made a sound like it ripped in half after coming down from the seventh rep and I couldn't lift for a week. Now I don't do touch and go any more. Full stops only.
It's easier to brace at the top imo. Although, some will brace once they get into position. It depends on the person. Hold your breath almost as long as you can then like the other person said, if you have to take a break it's better to rebrace at the top

Iv been lifting at a high level for 15 years and month ago I did 405 for 26 very slight pause at bottom not touch and go on deadlift bar and im 270lb and wickedly strong. Maybe touch and go I could of gotten 30 reps, So when I saw this women half my size doing only 6 less reps and her being natural attached to it I couldn’t believe my eyes.

World records are kind of strange. There is a lot of women's records out there but heaviest deadlift I Think is Andrea Thompson who in rogue games this year dealifted 800lbs on the hummer tires. That being said there are all kinds of dealift records I think the one you're talking about is the elephant bar record.
Take into account she uses touch and go reps with a slight bounce, so don't use this set for her one rep max. She does have a wr deadlift I think, so there's little chance she actually used fake plates
Her max is like 550, she is heavy, I think she weights like 180, with very low percentage fat, I don’t think she is super tall, she probably has the genetics for deathlifts
All that with PEDS makes sense. I’ve seen grown ass men who deadlift more than her unable to lift that weight that fast. The amount of strength it takes to move that weight like a marine doing a push-up is insane for a 180 pounder naturally. Now someone 200 or more makes sense.

1rm calculators wont work properly after 3-4 reps that's why. I used to squat 95 kg for 20 reps but my max was 115 kg.
