45% INCREASE in GRESHAM HOME SALES: What you should know!🏡📈

There were 45 home sales in Gresham in January 2024, which is 45% more than the 31 home sales in January 2023. This is positive housing market news for Gresham home sellers. However, it must be noted that the 45 home sales in January 2024 represent a 36% decrease in the Gresham housing market from the four-year January high of 70 home sales in January 2022. It will be interesting to watch how much of this activity is driven by mortgage interest rates as we progress through 2024.
