Honorary Doctorate for Owen T. Smith, IWP Commencement 2024

IWP posthumously awarded our former Chairman and longtime supporter Owen T. Smith with a Doctorate of Laws, Honoris Causa, at the Commencement Ceremony celebrating the Class of 2024, which took place on May 11, 2024, at the Fairmont in D.C.
IWP Chancellor Dr. John Lenczowski gave remarks about Mr. Smith. Mr. Smith's widow, Bernadette Casey Smith, accepted the honorary doctorate on his behalf.
