Japanese bakers bake a wide variety of breads with their ingenuity.

We visited Pan-no-Kaori Kariya, where beautiful breads are baked one after another by skilled artisans from midnight. Before the store opens, there is such a wide selection of bread that it is hard to decide which one to choose. On this day , many locals were there early in the morning to enjoy the fresh bread baked in the stone kiln.
