Best car I’ve ever owned. Traveled across the country after searching for months to find a manual that wasn’t beat up. IMO it’s a newer e36 or e46 m3 and has a similar wheelbase. Can be a good daily or great track car.
Class car had mine for about 2 months and its an absolute joy! Sounds unbelievable but I definitely want a custom exhaust with valves for sure! Mine cracks like that and i absolutely love it😂 enjoy it bro
The cold start always being on gets kind of annoying. I just put a cattless downpipe on my car and it’s frustrating to not be able to turn it on and off lol
Yeah my car came with the set up and would like to have the valve control on different drive modes, however most garages are saying that it’s a full new system 🥲😅
I had a 430 before this, however going back to something smaller and lighter and better weight distribution I felt was a lot more enjoyable to drive personally 👌🏽
Hey Brandon love the video mate .,, I’ve just got an m235i Totally standard.. absolutely love it .,. How do u get the dials on the on board screen Cheers mate Kieran
Hey, Thanks and many more to come as i progress through the build. When you put the driving mode into sport plus or sport there is an icon to the top left when it comes up on the screen, just click the navigator control in and will bring it up. Or go into the settings and go into driving modes and click sports display and will come up. Hope this helps :) and enjoy the new car!!!
Cheers mate! Few final bits of suspension set up and then I can look at weight saving interior options and really see what more I can pull out the car 💪🏽
Is it worth the extra money for the m240i? I've heard great things about the b58 engine but not sure it's worth spending an extra 3-5k for a b58 when the n55 is used in the M2 so must be good a good engine anyway.
@@callumg_0147 I think it’s all down to preference the b58 is more tuneable, however I prefer how the n55 sounds and it’s a higher reving engine and spoke to alot of people in the industry and they said I’d prefer m235i
Bootmod3 stage 2+ Brembo groove and vented discs Brembo pads Straight through exhaust (dcat) Michelin pilot sport 5s K&N air filter Upgraded oil filter Cold spark plugs Havernt had it dyno yet, but will do once the build is finished ✔️
@@cammgt3rs370 next I think is… Upgraded air intake and intercooler I’m playing with the idea of hybrid turbo And even though the car is glued to the road, debating a stiffer suspension set up. But UK roads that could bring along some back pain 😂🫠

@@brandanpstevens Hey I have the F30 335 and you definitely need an intercooler fast. I have same mods as you but with intercooler, AFE magnum force cold air intake adds 25hp. Also highly recommend you ignore everyone else and do the 3.5 bar map sensor upgrade both before the throttle body and on top of the intake manifold. My car breaths way better after the 3.5bar map sensor upgrade. Bootmod3 has the options in the tune for the 3.5bar sensors. I actually liked the stock M235 suspension.
its been ok, i have had problems with the anti roll bar links, but upgraded them to performance ones. I use only V power and service regularly and it has been good to me

totally agree, i was looking for a manual as well... but as you said the chances of finding one in good condition are slim

Thank you I will definitely look into that 🙌🏽
