National Panasonic RF-B10 shortwave radio

A very quick look at an interesting radio from 1989. Part of a series Panasonic bought out to compete against the Sony selection of portable receivers for the traveler. The B-10 was the "baby" of the series culminating in the veritable B65. Not easily found, the B10 is a worthwhile radio to collect but with it's very limited band coverage and bare bones operation, don't expect stellar performance. It is what kit is. I hope you enjoy.

Adorable little receiver Phil with surprisingly decent audio reproduction (especially considering the size of the speaker), unfortunately it is too loud to hear you narration clearly for a good portion of the video...

Thanks for that, I use my phone and unfortunately the microphone is facing the radio and not me. I'll have to ensure the radio volume isn't too loud. It is a surprising little radio!
