Thank you so much for this video, easily explained. I now have a fully functioning washing machine now. If you can't pull the filter out like I couldn't even after turning it the right direction, I gave it a tug and it was stuck due to rubbish being clogged in the filter. This video was a life saver. Thanks again.
Thanks for sharing, I found a coin and a piece of chandelier in my filter. Removed, cleaned and reinstalled the filter. Machine working perfectly and a Happy Wife...

Guess I get a shallow baking tray then, had to clean my filter several times but never had a container shallow enough to drain properly, think my pump has gone this time as I have cleaned it once already and still saying its blocked so will try once more, even cleaned the pipes
I have this washing machine wondering if you can help! Basiclly put the washer on quick wash setting 7 and water was going through but it was going in and not filling the drum and filling the bottom of the washing machine so when we open the filter the water just seems like its filling and coming out of the filter! The water will sound like its filling for a few seconds and then it will have a flat red light which stays flat on the pause/ start button when you press start again and reset the machine it does the same thing ! Fulls for a few seconds then just cuts back off and goes back to the red pause/start and water just sounds like its going into the washer but then some is going back down the drain :/ its weird! Please help I hope my washer isn't broke and iys not a massive fix ive checked the water inlet pipe on the back and cleaned it all and put it back on the water is going through as its coming back out the bottom of the filter when we open the filter! We ended up just turning off water supply to it and switching the washing machine off until we solve the problem :(
I carnt remove the tap and when my washer is on all the water is coming out from there any advice

Make same video with your gorenje. The filters on gorenje washing machines are constructed very good and easy for cleaning even in cheaper models.

Hi my filter is not coming out, the water has fully cleared tho 🤷♂️
Something big like a screw or a hair clip may be jamming it

My on off button has popped inside how do i get it back out
Take the top off and take the control panel off. Hopefully it's just the button that's broken off. And not the button on the control board.

Mine has snapped,front if filter has come out, reminder has stuck in ,going to drill slowly
If its done that it's because it's someone jamming it. I done that in the past the front filter cap will clip back in. You will have to remove the pump housing

You can get under it and remove filter from there or go behind and take the pump itself out and clean there

@Green Lizard Nah - it wouldn,t come out still - ended up buying a new washing machine and then found out it wasn,t plumbed in properly
ANTI CLOCKWISE! - (Lefty loosely - Righty tightly) - How from that basic mistake can I believe anything else on the upload?
Because being dyslexic. I say clockwise and proceed turning anti-clockwise. Don't ask me for directions because right is left and left is right.
