I have the same exact car, I bought an headlight from autodoc, apparently is built for right-hand traffic, can it be adjusted for left hand traffic or do I have to get a new headlight?
This reply is likely to be too late, but yes you can change the settings within the cars headlight menu
Want one for my next car are they reliable in the diesel automatic and are they ok to buy with higher miles ?

I have a petrol and it’s been very reliable, haven’t had a single issue in the past 6 years since I purchased the car at 20k miles from Mercedes, it’s now done 55k
