He should focus on one section at a time. Complete that section then move to another section. He should also use a rat tail comb. That comb he's using,the teeth are 2 fine. Makes pulling the hair more,which leads to damaged follicles.

The comb he is using, even though it looks attractive, does not really do the job easily. I would rather he uses the black comb that is being used regularly. It does the job faster and easier.
Does your entire family have this problem? How often do they need this done? It seems like they let it build up for months for it to get that bad! Alot of it would come out while shampooing and/or conditioning, apparently they don't wash their hair very often? I'm sure actually using some force to scratch it would be much more useful and feel good to them! To have all that crap build up on your head would be incredibly itchy and a good scratching would feel amazing, I would imagine! Notice how videos like these and acne picking videos are all done in like Asia? Do they have spas that do this? Like where in America would you even be able to get this done professionally? I don't see "dandruff scratching" or "acne popping" signs around anywhere in the U. S. If they did, I would HAVE TO work there!! I love this stuff, it brings such joy to my soul! I can't even explain how satisfying it is to just watch. Ya, I'm tapped 😂
What is the after with these people? Don’t they wash their hair? I would be scraping my own scalp with a comb to get rid of this!

Try some oatmeal and honey, and goat milk in the hair or mayonnaise in his hair he need moisture and a great leave in conditioner all natural products that will work for him put a plastic cap on his head for each product to soak into his skin

Vicki Busch maybe they can't afford the treatment . They appear to be in poor countries and most of them are children . I pray they find a way to get help because I'm sure it's painful for them
