A person can participate in a public opinion poll but fail to submit their ballot. The reverse is also true. These are the "shy" voters.
If Emerson has Trump +1, +1, +2; that means Trump is up at least 3. Emerson is notorious for oversampling to skew to the Democrat left. If they come up with Trump ahead in all 3, that means Trump more significantly ahead.

You could be correct, but on the other hand democrats have been shown regularly over these last few cycles to have most of their lead built upon absentees and early votes, That's why fetterman is a senator. As for it's predictive value, all it really shows IMO is that the democrats need to hope their voters come out far more than they do normally on election day. with the way things are going, if trump wins election day by the same amount he did last cycle, the democrats are completely cooked.
