In Ontario Canada our schools have a program called breakfast club sponsored by the communities. My daughters School is sponsored by Walmart. (I got lucky)She gets free breakfast in the morning and they also provide her school supplies! Not all school provide the School supplies but im sure most schools have the breakfast club. We believe that a healthy breakfast in the morning is important to start an eager mind so the Schools try and make sure the kids have somethin to eat in the morning for those struggling families or families that dont have time to feed their kids in the mornings due to working.

There's no Quebec PR, it's called selection of Quebec, which proves that you currently live in Quebec but you still are a PR of Canada and can live anywhere you wish in Canada.

The difference is that citizens can vote. PRs cannot vote. Other than that, Canadian citizenship can't be taken away, to keep a PR status you must renew every 5 years and meet qualifications for renewal. But it is possible to qualify for citizenship after 3 years of PR status.

Rules are simple. Spend 2 years out of 5 to continue PR and 3 years out of 5 to apply for citizenship. You can study or work or do any work pf your choice in the meanwhile.

Once you complete your courses, you have to apply for jobs. Once you get a job, I guess, the employer would sponsor and that's what work visa is. I am not sure if you can apply for work visa directly. Once you stay further with said Work Visa for three years (I am not sure if it is three years or more or two years), you can apply for PR. I came here on PR and I earnestly hope that you would get a job in India because this is a land of discrimination, so you won't get much job opportunities in your field of study. Once a PR completes three years of stay, they can apply for citizenship.
Most of people are going with facilities... But it's tough to get a job in different field. But what I came to know most of the people hasn't got the job still and they returned back to India. Most of my friends been to Canada and they said... It's not worth being here for more than 2 years. Compare to that India has lot of opportunities. Problem is they want lot of people to work on small scale... But not in IT sector.

You can study after getting PR , sorry I am not aware of any quota as such but in many universities just like Candian citizens, PRs get to pay domestic fee which is lesser than International students. About the quota, I will update you after researching.

You can probably start the process of IELTS preparation and ECA, then apply with a little more experience to score more points. This is just a suggestion,choice is yours . Even with less CRS points you can get PNP nominations

There is nothing free I pay on 7% income tax here in Singapore compare to Canada/Australia where I have to around 35-45% income tax.So if you see there is nothing free you are just paying from your own pocket unknowingly.

Being married, If I m only applying for myself and not for husband/ kids, does any of them require to undertake a medical test.

No for visitor visa you don't need IELTS, etc. Bank statement is also not required as you wold have a invitation/sponsor letter from somone.

Once you complete your courses, you have to apply for jobs. Once you get a job, I guess, the employer would sponsor and that's what work visa is. I am not sure if you can apply for work visa directly. Once you stay further with said Work Visa for three years (I am not sure if it is three years or more or two years), you can apply for PR. I came here on PR and I earnestly hope that you would get a job in India because this is a land of discrimination, so you won't get much job opportunities in your field of study. Once a PR completes three years of stay, they can apply for citizenship.

Most of people are going with facilities... But it's tough to get a job in different field. But what I came to know most of the people hasn't got the job still and they returned back to India. Most of my friends been to Canada and they said... It's not worth being here for more than 2 years. Compare to that India has lot of opportunities. Problem is they want lot of people to work on small scale... But not in IT sector.
Not possible for it sector nor for big trade since its small country no chance for call center people are less same reason for website designing n same for whole sale trade since people are less so its good for plumber electrician or nurse or truck drivers not for high qualified jobs for them USA is way bettee

You can study after getting PR , sorry I am not aware of any quota as such but in many universities just like Candian citizens, PRs get to pay domestic fee which is lesser than International students. About the quota, I will update you after researching.

DO you mean Master of Commerce? If in ECA it is found to be equivalent to Canaidan Masters degree, you would get extra points for the same.

You can probably start the process of IELTS preparation and ECA, then apply with a little more experience to score more points.
This is just a suggestion,choice is yours . Even with less CRS points you can get PNP nominations
