In the end he does it, he beat an upper moon 6 all by himself by a technique made by himself called flaming thunder god and even uses it against muzan when he was awake.

Have you noticed, fans of Zenitsu, that every time he appears, even for a second, this moment is worth its weight in gold? Zenitsu doesn't have much screen time, but every time he shows himself in battle, we immediately understand that the enemy is already dead. One of the best characters in all anime and manga ever! Love at first sight, Zenitsu!
The only thing that spoils him is the eternal whining, fortunately by the end of the manga he is no longer so hysterical

Tanjiro kinda know that zenitsu can handle himself to a degree. He just haven't seen it or know of the sleeping situation. After all he knows that Zenitsu got through the initial demon slayer exam and know that zenitsu can use lightning cuz he associate thunder sounds with zenitsu "waking" up. (waking being a loose term)

This is why I like zenitsu as a character he's very fearful which is realistic in a world full of demons but he matches his style perfectly cause when he needs to get the job done he'll strike you like lightning to protect whom he loves. Very relatable character.

I adore how brave he's become since we first started. Straight up going toe to toe with upper ranks now and soundly besting them! Inosuke was also extraordinary in this fight. My god Tanjiro! I love this show and never want an episode to end.

@@booo8042 Youre right but usually (most) annoying characters have a backstory as to why they are annoying and this gives them something to overcome in the story. I was annoyed but remembered this and came in tune and after learning his backstory (and his attack element lmao) he instantly became my favorite character.
Zenitsu has the absolute level of mastery over *Thunderclap and Flash* that nobody has on any form of any breathing in the whole series except Yorichii
Ahhhh the scene where he pulls out his sword going through the carts and the fuckin beat starting like, pure bliss got goosebumps from how awesome they made that scene

i mean , yes Tanjiro himself said how he knew from the very begining Zenitsu was really strong but they never saw him fight for real until upper moon 6, if you rewatch the anime, in the scene tanjiro gets saved from the web attack of lower 5 he thought at first it was zenitsu who saved him, so that shows that even then Tanjiro in his mind had Zenitsu so high up in his power scale at that moment he thought zenitsu could actually cut Uri's Blood demon webs ( we wont ever know if that was a fact or tanjiro was just delucional sadly)

Ok, so I watched all of demon slayer and finished the manga a few months ago so I knew everything in the story. Recently my mother watched it and her first reaction to zenitsu was "how did he survive". I just sat there and grinned for an entire hour.

the differences between thor and zenitsu is zenitsu went for the head , and thor dont went for the head in infinity war, i bet thor watched demon slayer and went for the head when he saw thanos again in endgame
His brass horn heavy themes that are then off set complimented by flute and piano and the rest is just beautiful. Don't feel like brass instruments always get enough love. His theme really highlights their effect
