  • Gawar Ki Phali Aloo Ka Salan Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    • Gawar Ki Phalli(Cluster Beans) - 350 Grms
    • Aloo (Potato) - 2-3 Medium Size
    • Pyaz (Onions) - 1 Medium Size (sliced)
    • Tamate (Tomato’s) - 1 Medium Size (sliced)
    • Hari Mirchi (Green Chillies) - 2 to 3 Pcs
    • Dhaniya/kotmir (Coriander Leaves) - (1/4) bunch
    • Adrak- Laison (Ginger Garlic) Paste - 1 Table spoon
    • Lal Mirchi (Red Chili) Powder - 1 Tsp
    • Haldi(Turmeric) Powder - (1/2) Tsp
    • Namak (Salt) - 1 Tsp ( According To Taste)
    • Kasuri Methi - 1 Tsp
    • Tel (Cooking oil) - 1-2 Table Spoons
    • Pani (Water) - 1 Cup
    Procedure:
    o Cut Beans in small pieces as shown in video, wash it
    o Cut potatoes in small pieces as shown in video, wash it.
    o In a Pressure Cooker add oil
    o When Oil becomes hot, add onions and saute till it becomes soft (light pink brown).
    o Now add ginger garlic paste and saute it for 10-12 sec.
    o Now add, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and little water, saute it for 10-12 sec.
    o Now add tomatoes, mix well.
    o When the oil separates, add Beans, little water and mix properly , close the pressure cooker lid and keep it on medium flame to take 2-3 whistles or until beans gets tender
    o Now open the pressure cooker lid (when its pressure is all gone), mix it.
    o Now add potatoes, Green Chilies, Corianders, Kasuri methi and little water, mix it properly, close the pressure cooker lid and keep it on medium flame to take 1-2 whistles or until potatoes gets tender
    o Now open the pressure cooker lid (when its pressure is all gone), mix it.
    o Now close the lid and keep it on a low - medium flame for 5 mins, till the oil releases and water dries.
    o Now the Gawar ki Phalli Aloo is ready to dish out.
    o Serve it with roti, chapatti, paratha or rice.
