Thanks for the calming. With today’s technology we get a week or longer of the stress watching it come. It’s low level but it’s there. Thanks for your hard work.
Unfortunately, at least where I live, people who want to set off fireworks don't care about how dry it's been. Always a worry this time of year, not to mention now that I'm older, the noise factor is more upsetting than it used to be. It would be ok if people would just stop shooting fireworks around 10:30 or 11 at night, but want to go until 2 or 3 in the morning sometimes :( . I don't know if it's just me or not, but I've noticed that on either July 4th or on January 1, it never rains on fireworks night lol...Never! At least where I live. Of course if it ever did come a gully washer on one of those nights, I'm sure the people who want to shoot fireworks would just pick a different night to shoot them off. 😂
