Always thought Country Captain Chicken was an Indian dish transported to the American South, particularly coastal parts of the Carolinas, Georgia etc. I guess if transported by English sailors it can be called Anglo-Indian. Brits want to claim rights to everything!
As I've suggested, how about a full recipe at end of post so can easily cook the dish?
