I’ve gotten two sandwiches there in the last three days. The guy making them said “trust me”. I did. The two best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten in my life!

The first time I saw this man and his magic was in 2017. His skills are astonishing. It is nice to see him here again.

Yeah as you said Rome is touristy but really really beautiful and it's nice to visit. I suggest you to visit Tuscany, the region is really nice.

I have watch a ton of videos of he makes Panini in UA-cam... He is always so happy and friendly with all the customer. If I have a chance to visit his store, that's would be great. I have a question that do you order what are the ingredients for the panini? or he just create a masterpiece and you just enjoy it? or you can order what you want to have?

Yeah I definitely agree with what you said, he's really a happy and friendly person. It will be all worth it if you will manage to visit him :) Related to the order, he asked us what do you want and we told him we are going to leave everything in your hand, so basically yeah it is a masterpiece he create.
