    Through this video you will love optical fiber work. To further enhance this learning process, we've created a video based of fiber optic splicing tutorial that will help you learn that.
    1. how you can make a splice in 48 core SC/APC patch panel.
    2. how you can dress pigtails in patch panel.
    3. how you can get length of fiber optic for patch panel.
    4. Different techniques of fiber optic splicing or termination.
    5. Quick way of splicing.
    6. how to use proper fiber optic color codes
    7. how to prepare patch panel for splicing
    8. stripping and cleaving techniques.
    9. how to remove gel from fiber optic tubes.
    10. splice/protection tubes/ heat shrink tube dressing in Trays.
    11. how to deal with multi core optical fiber.

    • @dannyradlo4755
      @dannyradlo4755 3 роки тому +8

      Yep. we stagger the lengths so they can loop around to the next splice holder. I'm sure you would get some loss on those tight turns. Otherwise great video.
      So the first 12 were fine as you did them. The remaining 12, make them a half turn longer. so they flow directly into the top splice holder.
      hope that makes sense.

    • @JacksonCampbell
      @JacksonCampbell Рік тому

      @@dannyradlo4755 I noticed that too. I was amazed you could cut it all like that and know where it would go because cleaving it would cut a little off.

    Awesome technique, one thing I do before putting all in the cassette is to test every single strand that way if something is broken or bad I don’t have to go trace the fiber back to the splice

    Lots of very cool techniques and practices I plan to adopt in my own splicing, but I object to the idea of stripping everything in advance. Some fiber is inherently brittle as shit and the way you’re managing is amazing pretty, but leaves little room for error. Honestly very good work though, I’d love to have you on our crew.

    • @TeechoVibes

      Hi, it's so simple. If there are 2 color in one tube then 1 color will be dotted.
      If there is tow blue fibers than one blue fiber will be dotted you just have to see it carefully..

    too bad, that's your choice. it design for 12c each side, so 12c half round , the other need a round . so that's always a circle

    No, it is not great work, sorry mate. Your fibre aligment is terrible and these sharp bends in the fibre cassette? Are you serious? It is a very bad example to others.

      basically came here to say this. all these people complimenting this work are essentially clueless - like the "tech".

    Too fast. did not understand anything, If you do 1 or 2 cable slowly it would help us to understand better. As this type of video is more helpful to person like me who wants to learn.

      I understand you concern. You can slow down this video 3 or 4 time in player setting.
      Hope it will work for you.

    For those of us that don't know anything about splicing, some commentary would have been useful, instead of repetitive music.

    Mal trabajo no está bien hecho , muy pequeñas las vueltas al momento de guardar la fusiones en la bandeja , tenía lo suficiente de pigtails para hacer más amplia las vueltas v eso le genera atenuación .

      Parece curvado, pero la prueba / puesta en marcha de PM fue muy buena. Usted sabe por qué, porque los cables y coletas nuevos se fabrican principalmente con fibras G657 y estas fibras tienen un radio de curvatura más pequeño.

      @@TeechoVibes La técnica y la destreza es muy buena, no me gusto el en-ruta-miento muy cerrado del cable en la bandeja.

    Why do people insist on music (mostly shitty music) in tech videos?
    What otherwise would have been an interesting video, makes me leave immediately.
    Please guy. Stop this asinine choice. 🤯
