    The problem is you are using dynamic events for Checkout Started in your Add to Cart trigger. In fact you will not get data for Add to Cart trigger like dynamic link to generated checkout. Even this created dynamic product table will not work in flow with Add to Cart trigger, it will work only in Checkout Started trigger flow. So why was the point make a video creating Add to Cart trigger flow with events from another event and it will not work?

    Hi Max, for the advanced flow version, do you do the same time delays of 2 days? And are the emails the same for both flows or are they completely different?

      Navigate to the "Flows" section in Klaviyo and search for "abandoned checkout." This will bring up a default flow containing pre-built variables and codes.

    Hi Max! I've learned a lot from your video. Thank you! And I have a question: if my customer abandons more than 3 products at his checkout, how should I set the checkout abandonment email? Then if he abandons one product, will the setup conflict with the above?

    Hi,
    I've encountered an issue with your dynamic image code in Klaviyo:
    {% if item.product.variant.images.0.src %}{{item.product.variant.images.0.src}}{%else%}{{item.product.images.0.src|missing_product_image}}{%endif%}
    When I use this in the dynamic image section, the product doesn't import into the email. It seems that when the trigger is embedded in the theme rather than imported directly by Shopify, it fails to import the image using this code.
    Is there a workaround? Or should I edit the email more generically and just return the customer to the cart page using the store's regular link and cart page?

    Great video! I have a question regarding the abandoned cart flow. How are you getting the emails to send the flow to if they never give it? Usualy they give their email in the checkout fase.

    max was too lazy to add the links in the first campaign so I did it

    Buw how does klaviyo get the email for example if someones has abandonaded the cart page? Because the customer has not written its email yet. Thar't what i don't understand

      You need to install a piece of code into your store in order to get the add to cart metrics, that's why you aren't able to see it

    Ey Max I'll show you what I did. I created an abandoned cart flow and created an email. In the email I put a banner and underneath, which is what I want you to help me with, I put a table. I put a product on the left and text on the right. The table obviously I put it in dynamic and I put this in row collection: event.extra.line_items in dynamic image I put this: {% if item.product.variant.images.0.src%}{{item.product.variant.images.0 src}}{%else%}{{{item.product.image.0src|missing_product_image}}{%endif%} and in the link address of the image this: {{ event.extra.checkout_url|default:" }} and finally in the text I put this: {{ item.product.title }}}
    Quantity: {{ item.quantity|floatform:0 }} - Total: {%
    currency_format item.line_price|floatformat:2 %}
    It doesn't work😫😫😫😫😫
