@@KaseyLuck I see some agencies using them in flows, just wanna know what are the best properties that can be used to prevent oversending emails to a particular profile. Or how to stop sending email campaigns to the ones in a particular flow already. Is that something you can cover for us please?

Thanks! Already working on the segmentation video! Regarding tags: in klaviyo, those are fully just for your organization, so you can use them as you see fit to make things easier to find for yourself
make an All in one video, thats what most people look for even if its long. All beginners like me look for that type, but quick paced at the same time so going fast is also fine cause we can just pause the video.

Thing I’m not sure about is my audience: Do you think it’s easier to find clients if you specifically target online-shop only or does it work for let’s say craftsmen too?

How can we create a segment for customers that ordered and picked up the order? Some place orders with cash on demand as payment but never pick up the package.

@@avavial3554 yes Klaviyo integrates with all major e-commerce platforms as well as non-e-commerce platforms. You can Google Klaviyo integrations and that will show you all available integrations

I currently have a Welcome series for people subscribing on my landing page (I will be launching m commerce store in 2 months) ---I would like to make a Welcome series for people who sign up once website is live and I am trying to follow along but I cannot find the email campaign you did an example with the "subscribes to Luck & Co Master List" with the coupon options....what is the name of this flow series ? The only one I see has the conditional split of "placed an order" ....thanks! :)

Upper left hand says "Create Welcome Series" and Trigger says "When someone subscribes to newsletter"....and then goes into "Welcome email (coupon) Your offer inside" -----I cannot find the flow when I search in Klaviyo
