I've seen u really into the conjugate method and as i said many times thank u for all the advice and knowledge u share with us. I just wanted to ask you a " personal " question? Do you feel this method and S&C in general is better than classic powerlifting, bodybuilding, calisthenics, etc...? If yes why? I was " arguing " with a guy the other day and it was saying BB is much better bacuause u dont get huge with cojugate. I replied that the main goal of this type of training is to balance everything, muscles, mobility, strength, speed, power... we don't train to be good-looking ( even if u get awesome physics ) but to be efficient, combining the best of all of them. What are your thoughts? Much love man keep it up
Anyone arguing what is "best" is full of shit. Plain & simple! What is best is what someone can stick to, aligns with their lifestyle, goals, needs, and abilities. This style of training is a great fit for many, but for others not so much. I can't stand a bodybuilding splits and have gotten far better gains on this style of training, but to each their own.
@jasonbrowncoaching I totally agree, but I see sometimes people think bodybuilding is the only way to workout, and all others are just wasting time. As u said we all have different goals but most of people don't get it. Thank you for the answer 💪🏻
Hey Jason I am thinking of purchasing your ultimate programming handbook to become an expert at workout programming. I just have a doubt, I recently cleared my PT Certification exams and want to learn more abt programming , periodization and training methods. I was also exploring a lot of resources on the Internet and came across you. So will purchasing the book and following the steps in it benefit me as coach who is just starting out? Or is your handbook only for experienced coaches? Also can I use the methods in that book for hypertrophy?
Great question! You're going to want to the entire bundle, with the video library which provides more explanation which will be especially helpful for you. I made a discount link for you so check this out! www.jasonbrowncoaching.com/offers/Xo8CtmFo?coupon_code=YTHANDBOOK

Question for you Mr Brown…I noticed with some of the full body giant sets you run 5x5x5 and others 3x6x9. What’s the difference or the reason for one or the other?
Get a good program, train with maximal intent on every exercise (near failure for at least a few sets), and prioritize everything else outside of the gym. That is THE method.
