It's a great nod to how innovation should never be stopped with instruments just for the sake of purists; you just opened up a whole new area of playing and still kept the soul of the instrument
Wow that's a lovely guitar visually and has a lot of fun and practical new applications. The X loc is an amazing new innovation for sure. Happy playing.
Well that was unexpected with the "Diet Frog"....I LOVE that X-Lock system, I'm a sucker for adding weight to the trem and claw, and I have an ESP with a Floyd and a Tremol-No that I can switch between float, hard, and dive only. All but one of my guitars are floating...I have a Solar baritone with an Evertune. Gotta have the trem bar!!! Anyway, I have a Tone Claw locking claw on my JP6. a Vega VT1 bridge and L Guitar Claw Loc Resonator on my 75th Anniversary USA Strat...that extra mass through rhe bridge really helps with resonance...the Evertune is also very resonant...and it definitely makes a huge difference like you said. anyway, take care bro.
This is very interesting, I love seeing new innovations for guitars. I hope the Genome is still working out for you, I am really interested in seeing what YOU could actually record on IPad. They have become very powerful. I love the single and new video by you guys. Thank you for your lessons.
Thanks, it is very inspiring! Genome will surely be used for recording in the future! iPads are powerful and as you might know most of the music on my last 5 or 6 albums have been composed on iPad. 🖐👍😀
fantastic guitar, congratulations the X-Lok is fantastic, always loved the versatility, being able to lock and unlock a tremolo so easily, I have to give you big compliments, I'm still stuck with having to own two guitars :) Personally, the strange tuning that opened me up to new sounds and ways of playing was Open C (C-G-C-G-C-E) good playing
Mika what you do there is insane - completely unbelievable! Wow! Superhuman motorics. Concerning the guitar: is it an entirely new body? Or the old body from the previous frog guitar? And why is the body lighter? Due to the X-Lok system? Thanks and Cheers!
new body. Old body saved for future. It’s lighter because the wood is from different batch. It just is way more lighter. X lok adds some weight. but the overall is still lighter.

Brilliant!! I missed that news this summer. I am sure you will make some cool stuff with it. Cheers from France my friend!
Sounds fantastic ~ looking forward to hearing the music you will write with it. 🎸🎸
I love the idea! Definitely increases your play style.😊 Keep up the good work. 😃
Beautiful playing, beautiful guitar!
🖐Thanks Thomas!
DADGAD is a cool tuning! For example Monuments (John Browne) and Olly Steele use it for some really sad and aggressive melodies.
Will definetly be exploring DADGAD too! Damn, i feel like there a whole new world waiting for me there. 👍👍👍
Looks beautiful and sounds beautiful = flawless victory 👌🏻
Kiitos Janne!!!

🙌 Sounds like you got some experience with the tremolo locking devices! Good stuff. Thanks for sharing! X-Lok is definetly a working solution for me.
Very nice guitar and amazing playing as always!

Hey, Thanks you! Will definetly try this tuning!!! and owning two guitars is not a bad thing 😀
Try drop A, so there's an octave between 5th and 6th fret. It's so fun!
Sounds crazy! Will try!
