Y'know, I'm an American and I listen to Celtic music from all of the Celtic Nations.
I am particularly fond of the music of Asturias and Galicia. To me, it sounds the most like the country music of the US, I'm not sure why.
I can spot out any Asturian or Galician music group, just by that unique sound they tend to have. I can also tell an Asturian group apart from a Galician one quite easily. Despite being neighbors they have significant differences.
