Yeah. Musashi was definitely the highest point of Baki for me at least. I really do wish we had been able to see an actual conclusion to their duel. Musashi was a terror that made even Pickle seem like a joke.

The reason why the author never gave this fight an ending was because he doesnt want either one to lose, due to the fact that 1. The author is a Japanese supremacist so making mushashi lose wouldn't be something he'd do 2. Making yujiro lose would under value his strength and would set a bar on how high strength wise the series would go
