Hope it's not too late but his guitar's tuned 1 & 1/2 steps down (easy to capo on the 3rd fret and then tune standard from there) and then it's pretty much open variants of the chord shapes C, F, Em, G7 - then E major, F, D/F#, F for the pre-chorus sort of segment. If ya really wanna dial it in keep your pinky on the 5th fret 4th string for the Em - G before the G7 - classic Andy Shauf style. Godspeed!
