I imagine she is LIVID at her daughter. What a mess she’s brought onto the family. However, if Alexee wasn’t so intensely terrified of her scary, controlling mother none of this would have happened. There would be a beautiful new baby boy living in the house OR at the house of grateful adoptive parents. So yeah, mom could use a brick wall of a slap in the face to make her wake up and treat people with kindness and respect, and charity starts at HOME, mama.

I actually think they could arrest her for obstruction in some of these videos but they're trying not to let it get to that point. If the mother refused to let them see the girl at all they definitely would though. The girl can say her lawyer needs to be present before she tells them anything, but the mother can't prevent any of this from happening like she seemingly thinks she can.

Alexee's mother is a piece of work. The passive-aggressive game needs to stop. Her daughter threw her own child out with the literal garbage and she has some nerve being rude. Not being cooperative won't help in any way. If her mom keeps up with her games, she may cop a hindrance charge. Alexee needs to face up to what she did without her mother interfering every step of the way.

She has no right to question the detectives and cops as her daughter is an adult. Lexi and her lawyer should be the only ones dealing with the authorities. This will all likely kick the mom in the face when the defense begins to blame her for her daughters inability to deal with the birth as she was there keeping her daughter from being truthful and honest at the hospital. This mom needs to be put in her place. The detective needs to warn her about her I constant interference in police business. The communication they are seeking is with her daughter who is 19 yeas old and is considered an adult. The mother has no business questioning every move of the authorities which she has been doing all along.
This is a murder case and these detectives should stop accommodating the murder suspects mother. She had yelled at them, interfered in police at presenting the murder warrant, and has asked too many questions concerning her daughters case. She shouldn't be allowed to continue interfering and the authorities should stop talking to her. A murder of a baby is what is at stake here and justice for that baby is being impeded by the grandmother. She was not involved in the act of her daughter in the bathroom and she's not a suspect or is being asked to be interviewed or questioned at this point. So she needs to stop blocking police access to her daughter as she is not who they have to communicate with. The police have given her way too much leway in this case. The detective should get a judge to reprimand the mother to stop her from the act of attempting to obstruct police business. The victim, a newborn baby is who this case is all about and the baby being murdered is why his birth mother needs to handle her own adult actions and consequences . It should only be Alexxe and her lawyer dealing with this and not her mother.

The fact that the evidence is a human will carry a lot of weight. Just because she said the baby wasn’t crying or moving or whatever she said can be proven by the autopsy. She is not a medical professional. She should have called for help. That would have been the “humane” thing to do. What kind of person puts a baby in a trash bag? And hides it so well!

Rosa looks like the kind of parent, and I had a few like her, that would go to the school board or the administration. Administrators sometimes do not support teachers like they should. Why hasnt the law tell the mother that allegedly a crime has been committed and Alexee will be contacted from time to time. I couls not put up with this disrespect. The Mom should be charged with something. They are all too nice to that Evil Mother.

No, that is clearly not what this is. She’s 19, she’s supposed to be going to college soon. She gave birth to a whole ass baby. This is an entire adult. The mother’s job at this point is to loosen the umbilical cord and have her daughter own up to her decisions and even make decisions for herself. How can people not see Alexee killed a whole ass human being because she FEARED the mother? No legal adult should be in the position to fear a parent’s repercussions anymore. That. 👏🏻 is. 👏🏻 not. 👏🏻 normal!

Throw the mom in jail also for negligence for being a horrible mother and “not knowing” your daughter was pregnant. This is a simple guilty verdict the jury I wouldn’t think takes more than an hour of deliberations. The defense is only going to make the jury more mad, there is no sympathy here.
