3:24 Please note, the city bus bays are a LONG walk from the International Arrivals section of YYC....wish I'd remembered what you said about Door #2. Anyway, I did find them...eventually...and boarded Bus#100 to McKnight Station so I could ride the C-Train into downtown. It all worked out and on the map it doesn't look far, but the ride on Bus#100 is unnervingly long before you actually reach McKnight Station...I was worried I'd gotten on the wrong bus until suddenly we arrived. I then rode to City Hall WB stop and walked to my hotel a few blocks away. Easy peasy. The Airport Express#300 has a convenient stop near the base of Calgary Tower, but please note it has a special fare in the Calgary Transit app... a simple one-way bus ticket isn't enough to board Bus #300. It takes about 45 minutes to get to YYC from the Calgary Tower downtown stop.
Thank you for the detailed information....Calgary is host to an anime convention I'm interested in attending someday so there's a good chance I will use this info in the next five years.
Thank you for this informative video. After taking bus #300 to the city center, where do I purchase a regular bus ticket for bus #7? Do I purchase at the airport for the regular bus or do they have machines at the bus stop? Let me know. Thank you!
I am also a guide and I live in Toronto 3 ways 1. Train and bus 2. Another line subway and bus 52 and 3. Take the express train from downtown Toronto,!!
