And 20 minutes drive is not that far for people who wants to enjoy the resort. Most hotels in that area, are all resorts. Where the concept is to spend most of the time in the resort itself.

I agree with you, 20 - 25 mins drive is long way from beach. By most people who travel to such locations, proximity means a short walking distance.
It would be better to include the distance from beach within video, like in metres or how long drive it is
