Necromancer is by far my favorite in terms of aesthetic. I do personally like the blastbones rotation too. Even though class is in a weird spot right now on live and on the pts, I’ll probably keep playing it as much as I can while using NB and Arcanist for any serious content.
My main on PC NA is Dragon Knight. I started playing TES 3, Morrowind. I started playing ESO because I wanted something to do between Skyrim and TES 6. I have 6 accounts, I play on PC and console, after having played awhile I started all my other accounts with a Templar main. I find templars fast and easy to level, they're have great survivability, and it's easy to swap between DPS and healer.
Class fantasy that I fell for when I first started: Stam NB (Orc) Class that I'm most comfortable with in difficult content: Mag Templar (Khajiit) Current main: Mag NB (Redguard) I've stopped chasing the meta and I'm just having fun with non-optimized builds. I've got a Redguard Vampire Mag NB that's my current daily character and I love it. Sure, I could easily double my damage and have better survival with some minor changes, but I'm having fun and out-performing most players in Group Finder (because I already know mechs and builds) I still have meta and near-meta builds for Templar, Necro, and Arcanist but I don't feel the pressure to play them
I started playing a month ago. I made a stamina necro and i've been mostly questing and crafting. I really liked it even though i didnt initially enjoy Blastbones and the constant barswapping and dot applying was super tough at first. I figured that atleast i gotta be doing alot of damage. I wanted to play a class that was a good melee cleave and wanted to make a build with the scythe. I quickly realized its sadly not a super valid build as youre really funneled to using Blastbones every 3rd cast. My friend who started at the same time made a werewolf templar build. The first time i doubted my class choice was when i saw the numbers he was putting out and the effort it took. his damage is waay more than mine and he barely ever has to bar swap. I hope they give the class some love as i do like the playstyle and the look of skills, but going into veteran dungeons, i cant help but feel a little weak and feel like im holding everybody back, even tough were roughly at the same CP ( early 200) The new changes have me hopeful that i dont have to weave blastbones but could you my scythe to buil up stacks, then use the empowered venom skull to deal better cleave in the melee range. If that doesnt work out and i dont like it, im probably sadly going to change mains to something a little easier. Maybe a melee sorc.
Hi. I’m a new player and have been thinking of switching characters because I’m scared of resetting my character progress. I play Templar at cp600 and I’m thinking of switching to Warden. Do you think there’s any main disadvantages for switching chars? I’ve finished so much zone progression on my Templar, it’s scary to think I won’t see zones completed if I switch
No! The game is very alt friendly and once you hit level 50 you’ll share the CP across your whole account but yes - you will have to redo the zones, get skyshards, level skill lines, etc. Keep the Templar as your main and learn all new motifs and recipes on them since I’m sure you’ve learned many already! Outside of that, have at it and have a good time! :)
I stared a year ago and wanted to play a dark elf necro vampire, but it wasn’t what I’d thought it be. Dropped that and made a warden and loved it and made it my main. Now I’m on the arcanist and like to make it my main but I’ve spent so much gold on my warden in trying to get master crafter and would hate to start all over again on arcanist. Speaking of Arcanist can you show us your build and rotation?
Changes in my class(nightblade) would be buff swollon and make quick cast. Buff twisting path and give minor berserk on grim focus for having it slotted. Give more stam abilities or higher dmg which ever highest on mag or stam.
If necromancer have permanent summons like sorc, I would 100% choose that my main. But I’m not sure exactly what is my main…so far it either: -sorc (summons) -warden (summon/frost/tanky/heal/dps) -nightblade (vampire/heal/dps/blood/shadow/invis) So my play style is pretty much at range, Magic, and relying on companions. I guess I like to be tanky/heal and avoid getting hit. If u could, could you please tell me which class best suits me?
I cycle through 12 characters a day so I play everything, but I do all my questing on a sorc because I think it has the coolest animations, and it has streak lol
I consider my main to be the crafter, because I login the most, and I'd be most upset if I lost all that progress. I play the other characters way more, but my crafter is the oldest character and I'd be most upset if I lost that one.
Nightblade since 2015.. love the class it can do everything I tried to change but I cannot. Second class is Templar. Other classes are boring. Arc n sorcerer is stupid easy & boring, takes no skill. Dragon knight is ok. Necro just boring at warden is actually ok
@@Grim67894 warden was a monster at release (just pvp). Necro was swarming pve raids and he could instakill people on pvp (bash necro). Arcanist is both swarming pve and it above average at pvp.

Thats why i main a plar too, diablo 2 paladin as a kid just became my favorite type of class

My first ever toon when i bought the game in 2015 was a DK Imperial. I still have him

Please no. It’s already insanely strong

9 years of eso. My main is a dk. But ! I fall in love with wardens. By far my fav.
I'm maining the class I've mained since Vvardenfell came out. Warden.
Played Templar the most and love it. But also like the Arcanist.
Personally the magicka Sorcerer and the Stamina DK are heavily favored for me
I consider my main to be the crafter, because I login the most, and I'd be most upset if I lost all that progress. I play the other characters way more, but my crafter is the oldest character and I'd be most upset if I lost that one.
Everyday is a different main
DK is my longest played but I tank a LOT so I've been on my necro more often since it dropped. RIP to the OP Bonelord
Necromancer
Orc stamina sorc. Big… fast… stronk 😂😂😂
Necromancer ofc. Magcro
Pets in this game really need skins but Zos would just put it on the cash shop so whats the point.
I went for stamden because I like rangers. I now hate PvE in eso.

Necro not boring at all tf? It’s rotation is actually unique and have a corpse mechanic. Templar jab jab saying necro is boring is wild
I personally find the neon green aesthetic of Arcanist kinda ugly, the textures and sound design are great though and the class is fun
TLDR: arcanist is pay to win, he likes winning so he will switch to arcanist
Never saw a new class in a new expansion pay to win lmao. Arcanist is so easy it’s stupid.
@@Grim67894 warden was a monster at release (just pvp). Necro was swarming pve raids and he could instakill people on pvp (bash necro). Arcanist is both swarming pve and it above average at pvp.
anything but necro, that class is fucked
Yet it feel so good when clap them cheeks on underdog class (pvp)
