I want to watch that movie,
At the end I was like oh now I get the question :D (I seem to miss the fact for which magazine it was). Weirdly enough I talk about that kind of stuff way too often, because I am so often around personal trainers or body builders, I guess I should start thinking about applying some of it or a lot of it on myself.
Pro tip: you can watch series on instaflixxer. I've been using it for watching lots of of movies these days.

Damn you sugary delicious food!!!!
Its really all about the diet. I recently started taking some green tea pills and it definetly helped seeing some definition (of course I go to gym at leats 3 times and eat clean most of time.) So For us normal people there are still ways, dont give up!!
