Wow that was a firm review. Thanks for that. We sailed Fascinosa may 2022. We will sail her again may 2024 fom Barcelona for a 15 day ini. This time we are in a suite. I learned from this video we have a club restaurant because of that. The website did not mentiod that. Is there more we need to know as a suite guest? Normally we book a balcony room . Agian thank you for this review...for me an good update for what to come.

Besides the lack of tobacco in the stores, are there areas where you can sit with a cigarette and coffee? And is smoking allowed on the cabin balcony? Thanks!
Costa's food is the best thanks to their excellent Italian Cuisine and the fact that most stuff is procured from Italy/Europe unlike most other cruise lines
Hi Rick and Andrea, thank you for a very detailed and informative review. You have covered all the bases. I find it very interesting that one of the speciality restaurants will not cater for a person with dietary requirements!! This is not good service.
A question if I may. Im thinking about taking the transatlantic on this ship in November 2023. Does this ship have an adult only space/pool? So no children? I read somewhere that Costa has these on every ship and it is called the Apollo Pool on each ship but i dont see that on the Fascinoza. Also I was told men and woman have seperate steamrooms/saunas in the Spa, is this correct?

Hello there, yes there are areas for smokers to sit and have a coffee. We think that it is possible to smoke on balconies but we are not sure

More comments later, but had to jump in with one quickie. Dinner had an “early seating” at 7:00. So very Italian :)
hahah yeah 7pm dinner is not very Italian you are right!
Are the kids PLAY areas as good as say Royal Caribbean or NCL ?
They looked really good and there are a lot of activities for kids all the time
What is the main language in the cruise and tours?
They speak several languages on board and you can pick a specific language for tours.

There was an adult only area towards the back of the ship. In the spa the saunas and steam rooms are not separate.
