    We're getting one of these to replace our old one. Using it for nanomedical technology.

    Can it replace the blower in effluent treatment plant- aeration based treatment? What would happen if sludge is there? Will there be deposition of sludge inside over the time?

    • @GlobalCavitation
      @GlobalCavitation  4 місяці тому +3

      The device could replace a blower, it would disperse the sludge, you can inject oxygen to help with the biological breakdown, it will not clog the G-CAV device.
      However, to give a more in depth and accurate assessment, we would need much more information to give an accurate appraisal. Please send info to; info@globalcavitation.com

    What about the nanoparticals mechanically removed from the device? How LONG does it last before cavatition destroys it? What's the mtf?

      Cavitation through the device is what generates the nanobubbles, ranging from 7nm, 10nm to max size of 80nm

    How would you go about infusing ozone nanobubbles into pool water with your system? What would that run for a ~10,000 gallon pool?

    • @GlobalCavitation
      @GlobalCavitation  10 місяців тому +3

      Absolutely, it has been difficult to sanitise pools with ozone until now. We specialise in large volume complete gas infusion and I expect that there will be very high demand for this very thing. Please send us an email to info@globalcavitation.com and we will send you some information on it. There is much we can share.

    At which pressure was the HO gas infused into the liquid? ..and why at some point it became visible? ..does it mean bubbles are becoming bigger than 10nm?

    • @GlobalCavitation
      @GlobalCavitation  8 місяців тому +6

      Thank you for your comment! The gas is injected on the suction side of the pump if it makes sense, and the used HO generator’s maximum shut-off pressure is 7 PSI above atmospheric pressure. Since we are on the suction side, the gas injected is slightly below atmospheric pressure. As you have noted, after some time, microbubbles are formed (nanobubbles are still being formed). To understand this, note that the volume of gas injected is constant and that at the starting point of the experiment, there is a maximum amount of gas that can be held in the volume of water used. After each cycle, less space is available for the gas to dissolve, and through cavitation, nanobubbles may collide with another nanobubble, forming larger bubbles. This is why some microbubbles are formed after some time of recirculation.

    Japan has a very simple device that takes no use of technology. Anzai Kantetsu used only a small specialized ceramic nozzle (resembling a carbon airstone) to generate bubbles the most efficient way possible. I think when it comes to machines like yours, it's only of industrial applications but yet that's where it only persists in the world of dynamic fluctuations. I do hope your tech will be more efficient to everyday economy and not only to the business companies where we can't afford.
