I think it didn't take the farmer long to get the hang of that new machine. Your little one is having a great time riding with Daddy in the cab as well and a nice video thanks.
My Grandpa has 2 dairy farms and 1 calf barn And they are all bobcats he had a S550 S740, S750 and we recent just bought 2 new Skid steers We bought S770 and The New S76 R-series We used to have a S150, and S300 but we just replaced them with the 2 new ones. I gotta say Bobcat is the best!!!
I am a Raw Milk Dairy and Milk 50 guernseys and Jerseys. I’m trying out a 100 hp cat and a 100 hp John Deere later this week. The bobcat dealers in my area are very small and I don’t think there would be good support by them.
We had a New Holland 232 and it was horrible. No bucket rollback power at all. Our dealer support was a joke as well. Tried a Bobcat and Deere and ended up with a 332 Deere and it's amazing. Tell your New Holland Dealer your unhappy and gonna trade. That'll get them thinking. Best of luck to you guys!
ben smith it's one of those things to you running I don't know what it would be like. We have a new 326 John Deere here now seems like a very good machine. Thanks for the comment have a great day
We have a S510 with joystick controls only issues we have is that we have tight spaces and it's a lil long but it doesn't look like you have that issue. Other than that no problems. If you don't buy the bobcat I would suggest a Gehl. We have a a Gehl 3510 as well and that has been a good machine as well. If you can dump that POS NH. I have a video of it on my channel.
I have three 873 and New s770, I put over 12,000 hrs on the four. I put 2,400, on the s770, in a year and half. Mine is only a single speed, foot control. The wheel studs break a lot. And it needed a new starter. It’s 40 percent bigger than my 873s . My next one might be a Gehl v420. I lift stones. And bigger is better. I hate bobcat door, I broke it and a side window. I wish the door opened over head, like kubota.i am very happy that I bought the s770.
has your deere dealer gotten in a bigger unit for you to test would be nice to compare all your options the bobcat deff seems nicer then the new holland
Hey Farmer how are you bud?? Hey I own my self two of those S-770 on our farm in Tennessee and they are great loaders, Bobcat has a great dealer and service network to where every time I had issues they have NOT left me down... My dealer takes very good care of us and our equipment so if you had the opportunity to change over and buy that machine I would encourage you to, you will not regret it... Good luck to you and your family and keep the great work, you farm look better every day... My best to you...
Joseph Rodriguez thanks for all the information there. I appreciate your comment. I hope things are going good for you too. I do like the bobcat. have a great evening
I know nothing about skid steers at all and have never operated one but are they all as light on the front as that one appears to be? - very tip-toey coming up / down those slopes empty! It does seem to have good lift capacity but everything seems a little too jerky and ot too smooth at those engine revs. Also are there buckets and bale spears slightly wider than the tyres available? That would drive me nuts them being narrower than the wheelbase.
Dan Whiteford: Sure its a little jerky but you get used to it, to the point where you can control it. (its the price you pay to be able to turn on a dime...) There are more attachments, in many many different widths, than you can imagine. OEM and after market. Bobcat is the best, they set the standard.
Thanks for your videos. I hope NH makes you whole but the S770 is a good machine. Ryan's dad (HFW) is thinking about a NH skidder. I wish someone would warn him about the issues that you have had.
We own a tree service and we have two bobcats... One is a 873 that we have had for 17 years been great machine... And we have a s300 that is like 10 years old... We have been looking for a fairly new bobcat... I was looking at s77....whats the lifting conpasity on one of those.. How high do they lift if u guys can pleade help me with theses questions
I have an '05 A300 that I use for my small sitework business, got it used with 500 hours. It's man enough to do a fair bit of work, and the all wheel steer is a great option. Will see what the long term reliability is like. It is super easy on tires, a bit slower than other machines I've run but certainly does the job, and barely mars the dirt and/or pavement where I work. A flip of a switch in-cab and you're in conventional skid-steer mode for tight spots. Old enough to avoid the Tier IV nightmares and expense.
Not to sound like a jerk or anything but there was a picture in the beginning that had the lift arms raised and no person in the cab, that is highly unsafe too many injury's have been caused that way. Just don't want to see anyone get hurt.
I figure you guys have a bigger problem than picking a new skidsteer. Getting out of your current piece is going to be the trick. I would think that Bobcat might find it beneficial to help you make that happen but who knows? Bobcat makes a quality product. Their skidsteers are excellent and fairly bomb-proof. Easy to operate and work on.
I've only used new Holland and cat. new Holland are very stable and will do way more than they're rated for plus great visibility. cat very unstable and poor visibility and didn't like the feel of the left joy stick. also if you don't have any attachment on the cat it will tip backwards with the slightest incline so then you're forced to back in which has no visibility but at the same time it will tip forward with a pallet of barn lime. the bobcat looks good. the neighboring farm has gone back to bobcat after trying a Case.
bobcat is owned by daewoo aka the south Koreans. enough said. we hated them in the 2005 time frame on our dairy farm. everytime you washed the manure off there would be electrical issues.
My brother had A1A5 Bobcat S and P said He said he was gonna pick another one you'd get a Caterpillar or John Deere because you said that John Deere held up better and he drever have all hand controls then have hand and foot control he it like those hand and foot he said at though hang trolls was better
try aGehl Skid Loader we're about you located in PA I drive to PA every now and then too Allan town I would like to meet up with you guys sometime if possible
Elm custom harvesting thank you for the videos how can I get there I driver Simi truck for WEL company out of Depere Wis I lived on a farm till mom what to retire you can call me 9205720096 and try and meet up sum time
seems way to big for the buildings you have... 90hp skid costs like 50k! Way over kill for your operation. I did everything you are doing with 50hp machines with no problem.
Throttle it down dont need it reved that high all the time ... buying oversized equipment not being cost efficient new equipment everywhere ... be carefull with your operation! But i like how well the livestock is tooken care of...
David Wells yeah you obviously never ran one. My fire crew has to use the Deere models in the summer to do controlled burns. They have the lifting power but not the right weight in the ass they’re so nose heavy it’s ridiculous. I’m a die hard Deere guy but their skidsteers are ass insides are nice but doesn’t make up for the lousy lifting compacity. Bobcat is phenomenal we got the chance to demo 4 of these at a time on a controlled burn and they we just awesome everything about them is perfect. Perfectly balanced and everything.
I am a UA-camr and I'm a game you and I do not mean playful cos I am not messing with you get out of our UA-cam channel I am a UA-camr and you're in my space
Love our Bobcats on our dairy. That all we've ever had, demo other brands but loved the bobcat and are dealers were both great
They have always been reliable machines for us, we had some issues with hand controls in the early 2000's but not anything since.
My grandpa has a 873 and it works great my boss also has a s650 and we love it , it handles bales great for a smaller skid steer
I think it didn't take the farmer long to get the hang of that new machine.
Your little one is having a great time riding with Daddy in the cab as well and a nice video thanks.
canvids1 I always appreciate your comments. thanks for the kind words. have a great evening
That little girl seams very happy riding in the new bobcat with dad.
Canadian HAWK she really enjoyed it in there. it was a little tight compared to the New Holland. Thanks for your comment
cool
Little one on his lap is driving , the farmer is just along for the ride , i love these vids, lol
i like bobcats they have good capacity and they controls are nice and smooth particularly fond of the option of hnd and foot control
Aaron Robson thanks for your comment with positive feedback.
Have a t630 track skid loader and very nice ride and has a lot of power use it every day for mixing feed and bedding cattle
Bobcats work awesome we have 3 bobcats and they are awesome work great
That Bobcat seems to haul them bales pretty good.
Bobcats are the best skid steer
Have you ever tried a John Deere especially the new ones
I only driven bobcat new Holland and gale skid steer’s
But we do have a older John Deere skid steer but I haven’t driven it yet
My Grandpa has 2 dairy farms and 1 calf barn And they are all bobcats he had a S550 S740, S750 and we recent just bought 2 new Skid steers We bought S770 and The New S76 R-series We used to have a S150, and S300 but we just replaced them with the 2 new ones. I gotta say Bobcat is the best!!!
Thanks for the comment on the video. Hope you're having a great day.
Our bobcat is one tough mechanic so is that one you have
Love my old 843 and 763 Bobcats I use almost daily. Dealer is terrible though, but when you own junk like me who cares.
It would be interesting to see how a 2 speed machine works if you use it out in a hay field.
I am a Raw Milk Dairy and Milk 50 guernseys and Jerseys. I’m trying out a 100 hp cat and a 100 hp John Deere later this week. The bobcat dealers in my area are very small and I don’t think there would be good support by them.
You will get better floatation with the T series when it starts to get deep in the barn.
I get it, it moves hay, 14 min later, any other chores it can do?
How much does each of the first big bales weigh ? She was getting a little light in the back side it looked like.
NH don't care, I have already tried that route with them.. Dealer support is a joke and apparently NH corporate don't care either.
Are the repairs done on the NH ? What is the lift capacity of the Bobcat it handled 2 3x3 hay bales ok
How big are the bales look like a great
Bobcats are great, personally prefer the new Kubota for comfort and there smooth controls
Kubota is loud and uncomfortable
i have a bobcat s550 skidsteer that is really awesome and also a bobcat E20 mini excavator
Have you ever considered a gehl skid loader neighboring dairy has one with high hours and they have had very little trouble out of it
ben smith it's one of those things to you running I don't know what it would be like. We have a new 326 John Deere here now seems like a very good machine. Thanks for the comment have a great day

So when is the little get a go at it.
Bobcat is good.
What's all the stuff hanging in the ha barn?
That is tobacco
If you do not buy it will they charge you a rental fee?
Seems like a lot of hours and wear and tear.
Chuck Stevenson if they charge me for the demo I definitely would not buy it

We have a gehl. I'd try one out.
If it's bobcat it's good. I have a s300bobcat with pedals that's what I prefer
Thanks for sharing hope you have a great day
Hello
Where is the bale-attachment from?
Greetings from Germany
You can purchase some through a local dealer Deer Country Farm and Lawn.
The Farming Life
But it’s from Bobcat?
@@hendrikschulzek.4757 I'm sure you can order one from bobcat. Under their attachment line
Like the bob cat
Anybody ever tried the a series of these machines. The 4wheel steer should be better than a skid steer model

Georgia Swampman, you hit the nail on the head. They don't care one bit. No more New Holland equipment here anymore. I'm done with their BS.
WesternWi Farmer love my nh gear .And it better that the price high jd
Were the new Holland
Not a fan of the new m series Bobcats love the K series we've got a tracked machine love it all and all Bobcats are the best!!!!
Is that tobacco hanging
Yes that was tobacco hanging in the barn.
