I think you're totally on the right track, bringing in lighter walls, taking down the curtains, decluttering and the light bedding. May I make a suggestion as a former home organizer and home stager? It could be that someone looking at your place is downsizing and is worrying about storage. I wonder if the tall dressers and night tables and bed all in a row on that focal wall might give the impression that storage is an issue? I know it would be a total pain in the you know what, but could your dressing table go into your spare room and the two tall dressers end up on that opposite wall so that the night tables can be spaced out and it all feels a bit more airy by the focal wall? We used to tell our clients that you want to depersonalize the space so people can picture themselves living in it without it seeming impersonal. So you might find if you paint the walls that light colour you might want a picture or two up just to give a bit of a pop of colour. Just my few cents worth!!

Move the other cabinet to the window side. Take down curtains, just have blind. Get rid of the cardboard box even to the boot of your car. Put the other draws next to wardrobe. Cream duvet with the colours you love cushions. Otherwise new pillowcases that you display. Matching bedside lamps. Get rid of most of your prints off all of the walls (whole unit) it makes rooms look smaller. Your view from your windows are to good to distract from. ❤

Hi Cheryl, like you I love the traditional look but I agree you might need to do a bit of a refresh. I I agree with your idea to paint the walls in a more neutral colour and I also think you should remove the red curtains. I wouldn’t go to the expense of buying new curtains. I’m sure the new owners will want to put their own stamp on it anyway I really like your feature wall and agree you should keep it. Good luck with the selling!
That beautiful box you have on the chest of drawers I would put on your dressing table. Both chest of drawers need to have the same things of equal height. The paint colour is good and the bedding. I would add rose coloured cushions on top of pillows. Curtains need to go as blinds are a feature. Definitely remove tartan throw. Also bed side lamps need to be smaller not to be higher than chest of drawers. It’s so hard as you’re changing things you like. Wishing you good luck with it.

I agree keep the feature wall and lighten up the others, I do think the red curtains must go, sorry they need to be in a neutral colour or pick up a couloir from the light bits in the wall paper. The bed spread will go fine 😊👍🏼 I’ve had to do the same in all our rooms to get ready for selling so I know what you are going through! Leave the Tv it won’t make any difference. 😘
It’s a lovely room, bit dark so painting will be much better, tv and curtains gone, see what it’s like painted before getting more stuff…..then re-assess. Remember it’s your home and you are not going to make it perfect for everyone, most people look beyond decor and do have imagination, but minimal help using paint you already have is good….. just don’t go mad. Be careful that little jobs don’t turn into big jobs, it’s not worth it, leave it for new owners x
you are so right on the little to big jobs oh ma word! take something down like the TV and we now have a fix it job, not massive but still an extra job to do. Mike is poorly today from over doing it so I'm conscious of what jobs we might end up causing ourselves xxxx
I agree with a recent comment and if possible for now ( until you sell) move the dressing table into the spare bedroom and move both chest of drawers together in its place. Also a little trick I found is to buy some crisp white bedding and when you know you have viewings that day, put the duvet cover and two pillowcases over the existing bedding to stage the room. It will look fresh and wrinkle free and just slip it off when they have left for the next time. Shein do some really nice cushions covers for a couple of pounds and they are surprisingly good quality. Also I agree with taking down the curtains and leaving the blind and pelmet up.

Cheryl sorry if I come over as rude. It’s much better without the tv. Go to a Next store and get ideas from them for bedroom layout. It doesn’t have to be that expensive and you will use in the new house. Buy some white voile curtains from Dunhelm Mill, I know you could make them cheaper but you have enough to do. Buy a more modern headboard dark grey would go with feature wall paper. It may be that painting only the window wall would be enough. Move the chest of drawers by the window wall to the right of the wardrobe and find another place for what is under tartan rug.

I have to let go of my own 'precious' ideas and step back and listen to others who aren't emotional about my bedroom 😂 I really appreciate all comments and tips. Yes paint those walls in the white/beige/cream paint. Replace the throw with the white. A couple of coloured cushions in rose & add a rose colured bed strip across the bottom. Remove MOST pictures. Put candles away, leave the wooden box. Remove those curtains. If you remove the curtains the pelmet above them will be useless. A cheap pair of cream/beige/curtains will look better. They need to be the right length but dont have to meet in the middle - dress curtains! Leave the TV. Add 1 or 2 items to your dressing table. You will need AT LEAST 2 coats of paint to cover that teal
Hiya, yep we are already 4 coats of paint in, Ive got a bit more to do today then hopefully its all done, New bedding arrived so will be doing video on that, see what cushions look best etc ❤️❤️❤️
All you need to do is put the new bedspread on with maybe some pillow shams, take the curtains down and maybe put some white/cream voile up, the rest looks fine x
Hi Cheryl, I’m a bit late to the party 🤦🏼♀️. I agree with the majority, the window minus the red curtains is a stunning feature and looks huge now with so much light flooding the room, if it were me and feeling the way you do regarding the loss of curtains, I would nip to IKEA and buy a pair of Voile curtains, they’re not expensive and can be re-used in your new home. Glad you’ve removed the TV which really did dominate that corner. As for cushions on the bed, If you add four extra pillows, (borrowed from the spare bedroom) staged:- two laying flat on-top of each, the others upright in front, then the cushions., you only need to buy two cushions (IKEA have a fab selection, again fairly cheap) but so does The Range. Yes I know it’s a pain at bedtime but could be worth the effort. A few artificial plants would help, once again these are cheap from IKEA. In case you don’t have an IKEA near you, go online and have them delivered. Good luck 💐x
hiya Rhiah, don't worry on lateness, it's taking time to be honest, been painting all day today but then Mike over does it and ends up poorly and theres me and my stiff neck 😬 we are a right pair together! TV gone and looks better. Curtains or lack of a bit of a problem when the sun comes up but its fine. Ordered cushions and more bedding so doing another video on those 😁😍xx its all happening but slower than we thought xx
So very sorry you’re both unwell, all this extra work is taking its toll. Once all the alterations and decorating has been done, you must get the Estate Agent to do a new set of photographs… very important all this work isn’t overlooked. I love the window Cheryl! I would make it into a window seat if I bought it. Unfortunately you have to take all your emotion out when you prepare for viewings and let people imagine what they want to do with it. Just think how lovely your new home will be once you put back all your beautiful things! I hope you and Mike don't get too exhausted from doing the work but I really think you are doing the right thing xx

Me I love the rich colour of your bedroom I'd probably just pack personal pics then go to dunelm and get a bed cover to put ontop of your quilt .also can I just say never put furniture polish on your paintwork as when it comes to repainting it will be a nightmare as the paint won't stick.

Hello Cheryl . A buyer will only change any decorations you do . Just do you . Your bedroom is a good size . Some nice deep rose would look lovely . May put blinds up when having views . I would personally show people round . I don’t like the plain look myself . Anyway people are thinking about how they would have it ! I am looking to down size and have stuff all over and it will stay when selling ! A TV is not a deal breaker . Hope Willow is doing good . 💕💕

Hi Cheryl, I think neutral cream walls will really open the room up and I’d change the headboard on the bed. I’d also take down the curtains and pelmet and make a feature of the lovely window. Put a few pictures back up and also a few personal items on your dressing table and drawers otherwise it will look too bare. Also I’d take the TV down as it obscures the lovely wardrobe. Just a couple of cushions on the new bedding in a contrasting colour will bring out the colours of the feature wall. Xx

it's hard when you still have to live in house to sell I had to take my red wall in sitting room and advised to do it all cream or white and no personal pictures on walls but leave all your nick knack it's hard x

Hi Cheryl, leave the papered wall and paint all others in your left over white paint ,new bed spread. I would leave the t.v But take Down all pictures. Have only one or two orniments. The least there is the better also makes room look a lot bigger.

Hi Cheryl, Home staging is a hugely popular concept when it comes to selling houses and one worth considering if you want to go a little further in preparing your house for viewings. If my advice is worth anything, I would take the curtains down the window looks great without them, use the paint you have from the hallway and brighten up the bedroom with that, take the TV down, take that blue bedspread off and replace it with the lighter one, get a matching pair of bedside lamps.Sending you lots of love and good luck from France. I was just going to say to you to put your gold ladies back and that beautiful (is it a jewellery box) back. I also think another one of those lamps will look great. Also painting the walls the cream colour will be lovely. I love those cream voile curtains. Dont think they are expensive and will give a lovely dreamy effect at the window rather than the plain window. Taking the TV away looks so much better and I think re cushions, I would go for the same colour as your gold lampshades , buy 2 and maybe 1 teal one in the middle a different shape if budget allows and if youll use these colours in your next bedroom. Also a nice orchid plant on your dressig table . real or fake. I love dressing a room . Hope I havent said too much. Its looking great Cheryl already x

Cant believe how much 'stuff' we have, tons already in storage and another 4 boxes filled that need to go 😬x I like the idea of dreamy voiles, Ill have to price them up. Cream paint has arrived. Mike has a bug bless him so we are a bit in limbo as he needs to rest. I love dressing a room too except my taste is a bit too boho sometimes, I go overboard with bits n bobs, every time I see something I like I think ooooh that will be nice 😂🤣 before you know if I'm climbing over 'stuff' again 😁xxxx

I am terrible for holding onto stuff as I cant part with things. (Think its a Taurus trait ) We have moved a few times and my partner keeps saying , you have to throw out what you dont need as we cart around all my things ha ha Find it hard. Hi Cheryl. Here is my suggestion. DON'T paint until you try this. Move pics from by door. Move your wardrobe towards the door. Put both sets of tall drawers next to wardrobe. Only have bed and bedside tables on feature wall. The paper is the feature. The furniture all on one wall will lighten that area up. Get some cream curtains from a charity shop. ( LOW COST). Cream throw on bed. .if the two set of drawers won't fit. Swap them with the dressing table. Have a couple of pics. Leave tv at is . Just try it . Cost you nothing but time .

We had a deep red lounge in one of old houses. So when it came to sell we painted everything a neutral colour with just a few accent colours and left minimal ornaments and pictures out. The house sold within a week I understand you need to choose colours you can take with you and I’d definitely move the TV. I think you really have to think minimally as people can’t see past your personal items. See it as the sooner you sell you can move into your new home and fill it with everything you want and love People just want to see a blank canvas

Thats so true. The comments and feedback we have had so far have been a bit odd. When we moved in the place was desperately in need of painting so we just got on with it. But people viewing it are wanting perfection when its a 300 year old building. 😂❤️❤️❤️
I think the walls being cream and no curtains would make the room look for neutral and therefore appeal to a wider audience. As for cushions try the charity shops. That might help the budget. Yes to clear surfaces less dusting ready for viewings.
I'm a big fan of less dusting thats for sure. I'm quite excited about the project now. I LOVE charity shop shopping, we have loads in Scarborough. I've decluttered my wardrobe 'again' 😁so I'll be taking a load of clothes and coming back with soft furnishings ❤️😘😘😍
Would the bed work if you positioned it opposite the window, so you can be in bed (with a nice cup of tea in the morning) & look out of the window at the beautiful sea views? Is there room to have the bedside table either side? Agree with a previous comment about bedside tables & both chest of drawers in a line, can they be jiggled about with the wardrobe to space them out? Think I would go for a light seaside pink or blue to embrace the seaside. Love the window without curtains & just the blind. Panelling on a feature wall is very now, you can get wallpaper to give the same impression. Good luck

I love the idea of a nice pink but you should see Mikes face when I say pink 🤣 I wouldn't mind - hes colour blind but he still has a fit if he thinks hes sat in a pink room. We will have a play about with furniture, Its fairly square so should be able to move things around quite easily. 😍😍❤️❤️
Agree take the curtains down and just leave the blinds. As you are doing, paint the walls light colour. I would forget the pillows and replace the TV with a smaller one (if you already have such a thing). I would just reduce the number of pictures i.e. not all of them. Do the same with the nik naks just put a few very favourite pieces back. Then You then have a big room which is much brighter. That's all you need really. (In my humble opinion). Without having to spend any money.

Yes take the curtains and TV down, the window looks great without the curtains.Can you paint over the wallpaper? Then add plants select pieces back, something appropriate to your amazing location, non challanging neutral , relaxing. Don't forget that the bed is the most impactful feature in the room , it takes up a huge space, it can make or break the room. Lovely smelly stuff , I think the Yorkshire candle company in Sheffield has a special Scarborough Coast Reed Diffuser,, it's really lovely. I could go on!

I've ordered some cushions to try dress the bed so will see what they look like. Having a look around some charity shops for some nice pieces to replace my burlesque stuff. Paint arrived today, lugged 3 boxes up 3 flights of stairs half dead 😬😂 Got 'fine cream' so hopefully will brighten the room right up and make it more neutral. When we sold our house we took out a storage locker & filled it with all the excess stuff. You should have done this first off & might have sold it by now!
We did! I dont know where its all come from!! I had a hallway packed with boxes all went to storage. Drove me mad the hallway cluttered then once gone - we got agents in. I'm sure my cupboards and wardrobes lead to Narnia. Ive got 4 more boxes ready to go off to storage and 2 more charity bags. Anyway, paint has arrived - cream, curtains down, tv down and my ornaments boxed up. Just need a helper - when you free? 😂x
Just carry on living in your home,somebody will love it and see past your life for what they can do with the property. Everybody is different, just paint walls a new bed cover.

Oh I miss my machine so much. Great British Sewing bee starts 21st May I think, do you sew?? Willow is our alarm clock, and now the curtains are down the sunrise through white blinds also a 'get up' prompt. Storage unit is our lads garage warehouse which is a good 3 hour drive but its free. Our car is also there having work done so will probably get sewing machine back as car comes back too. Be nice to sit and sew - therapy. lovely ❤️

That beautiful box you have on the chest of drawers I would put on your dressing table. Both chest of drawers need to have the same things of equal height. The paint colour is good and the bedding. I would add rose coloured cushions on top of pillows. Curtains need to go as blinds are a feature. Definitely remove tartan throw. Also bed side lamps need to be smaller not to be higher than chest of drawers. It’s so hard as you’re changing things you like. Wishing you good luck with it.

I agree keep the feature wall and lighten up the others, I do think the red curtains must go, sorry they need to be in a neutral colour or pick up a couloir from the light bits in the wall paper. The bed spread will go fine 😊👍🏼 I’ve had to do the same in all our rooms to get ready for selling so I know what you are going through! Leave the Tv it won’t make any difference. 😘

It’s a lovely room, bit dark so painting will be much better, tv and curtains gone, see what it’s like painted before getting more stuff…..then re-assess.
Remember it’s your home and you are not going to make it perfect for everyone, most people look beyond decor and do have imagination, but minimal help using paint you already have is good….. just don’t go mad.
Be careful that little jobs don’t turn into big jobs, it’s not worth it, leave it for new owners x
you are so right on the little to big jobs oh ma word! take something down like the TV and we now have a fix it job, not massive but still an extra job to do. Mike is poorly today from over doing it so I'm conscious of what jobs we might end up causing ourselves xxxx
I agree with a recent comment and if possible for now ( until you sell) move the dressing table into the spare bedroom and move both chest of drawers together in its place.
Also a little trick I found is to buy some crisp white bedding and when you know you have viewings that day, put the duvet cover and two pillowcases over the existing bedding to stage the room. It will look fresh and wrinkle free and just slip it off when they have left for the next time.
Shein do some really nice cushions covers for a couple of pounds and they are surprisingly good quality.
Also I agree with taking down the curtains and leaving the blind and pelmet up.

Cheryl sorry if I come over as rude. It’s much better without the tv. Go to a Next store and get ideas from them for bedroom layout. It doesn’t have to be that expensive and you will use in the new house. Buy some white voile curtains from Dunhelm Mill, I know you could make them cheaper but you have enough to do. Buy a more modern headboard dark grey would go with feature wall paper. It may be that painting only the window wall would be enough. Move the chest of drawers by the window wall to the right of the wardrobe and find another place for what is under tartan rug.

Yes paint those walls in the white/beige/cream paint. Replace the throw with the white. A couple of coloured cushions in rose & add a rose colured bed strip across the bottom. Remove MOST pictures. Put candles away, leave the wooden box.
Remove those curtains. If you remove the curtains the pelmet above them will be useless. A cheap pair of cream/beige/curtains will look better. They need to be the right length but dont have to meet in the middle - dress curtains! Leave the TV.
Add 1 or 2 items to your dressing table.
You will need AT LEAST 2 coats of paint to cover that teal

All you need to do is put the new bedspread on with maybe some pillow shams, take the curtains down and maybe put some white/cream voile up, the rest looks fine x

Hi Cheryl, I’m a bit late to the party 🤦🏼♀️. I agree with the majority, the window minus the red curtains is a stunning feature and looks huge now with so much light flooding the room, if it were me and feeling the way you do regarding the loss of curtains, I would nip to IKEA and buy a pair of Voile curtains, they’re not expensive and can be re-used in your new home. Glad you’ve removed the TV which really did dominate that corner. As for cushions on the bed, If you add four extra pillows, (borrowed from the spare bedroom) staged:- two laying flat on-top of each, the others upright in front, then the cushions., you only need to buy two cushions (IKEA have a fab selection, again fairly cheap) but so does The Range. Yes I know it’s a pain at bedtime but could be worth the effort. A few artificial plants would help, once again these are cheap from IKEA. In case you don’t have an IKEA near you, go online and have them delivered. Good luck 💐x
hiya Rhiah, don't worry on lateness, it's taking time to be honest, been painting all day today but then Mike over does it and ends up poorly and theres me and my stiff neck 😬 we are a right pair together! TV gone and looks better. Curtains or lack of a bit of a problem when the sun comes up but its fine. Ordered cushions and more bedding so doing another video on those 😁😍xx its all happening but slower than we thought xx
So very sorry you’re both unwell, all this extra work is taking its toll. Once all the alterations and decorating has been done, you must get the Estate Agent to do a new set of photographs… very important all this work isn’t overlooked. Really hope you get that all important buyer very soon. You only need ONE person to fall in love with your beautiful apartment with those unbelievable views.

I love the window Cheryl! I would make it into a window seat if I bought it. Unfortunately you have to take all your emotion out when you prepare for viewings and let people imagine what they want to do with it. Just think how lovely your new home will be once you put back all your beautiful things! I hope you and Mike don't get too exhausted from doing the work but I really think you are doing the right thing xx

Me I love the rich colour of your bedroom I'd probably just pack personal pics then go to dunelm and get a bed cover to put ontop of your quilt .also can I just say never put furniture polish on your paintwork as when it comes to repainting it will be a nightmare as the paint won't stick.

Hello Cheryl . A buyer will only change any decorations you do . Just do you . Your bedroom is a good size . Some nice deep rose would look lovely . May put blinds up when having views . I would personally show people round . I don’t like the plain look myself . Anyway people are thinking about how they would have it ! I am looking to down size and have stuff all over and it will stay when selling ! A TV is not a deal breaker . Hope Willow is doing good . 💕💕

Hi Cheryl, I think neutral cream walls will really open the room up and I’d change the headboard on the bed. I’d also take down the curtains and pelmet and make a feature of the lovely window. Put a few pictures back up and also a few personal items on your dressing table and drawers otherwise it will look too bare. Also I’d take the TV down as it obscures the lovely wardrobe. Just a couple of cushions on the new bedding in a contrasting colour will bring out the colours of the feature wall. Xx

it's hard when you still have to live in house to sell I had to take my red wall in sitting room and advised to do it all cream or white and no personal pictures on walls but leave all your nick knack it's hard x

Hi Cheryl, Home staging is a hugely popular concept when it comes to selling houses and one worth considering if you want to go a little further in preparing your house for viewings. If my advice is worth anything, I would take the curtains down the window looks great without them, use the paint you have from the hallway and brighten up the bedroom with that, take the TV down, take that blue bedspread off and replace it with the lighter one, get a matching pair of bedside lamps.Sending you lots of love and good luck from France. I was just going to say to you to put your gold ladies back and that beautiful (is it a jewellery box) back. I also think another one of those lamps will look great. Also painting the walls the cream colour will be lovely. I love those cream voile curtains. Dont think they are expensive and will give a lovely dreamy effect at the window rather than the plain window. Taking the TV away looks so much better and I think re cushions, I would go for the same colour as your gold lampshades , buy 2 and maybe 1 teal one in the middle a different shape if budget allows and if youll use these colours in your next bedroom. Also a nice orchid plant on your dressig table . real or fake. I love dressing a room . Hope I havent said too much. Its looking great Cheryl already x
😍 lovely - I do love my jewellery box, plus I've nowhere else to put it. Cant believe how much 'stuff' we have, tons already in storage and another 4 boxes filled that need to go 😬x I like the idea of dreamy voiles, Ill have to price them up. Cream paint has arrived. Mike has a bug bless him so we are a bit in limbo as he needs to rest. I love dressing a room too except my taste is a bit too boho sometimes, I go overboard with bits n bobs, every time I see something I like I think ooooh that will be nice 😂🤣 before you know if I'm climbing over 'stuff' again 😁xxxx

I am terrible for holding onto stuff as I cant part with things. Here is my suggestion. DON'T paint until you try this. Move pics from by door. Move your wardrobe towards the door. Put both sets of tall drawers next to wardrobe. Only have bed and bedside tables on feature wall. The paper is the feature. The furniture all on one wall will lighten that area up. Get some cream curtains from a charity shop. ( LOW COST). Cream throw on bed. .if the two set of drawers won't fit. Swap them with the dressing table. Have a couple of pics. Leave tv at is . Just try it . Cost you nothing but time .

Thats my favourite part, love a good rummage in charity shops - just have to slap myself everytime I see another nic nac and want to buy it 😁soooo much 'stuff' I'm a 'stuff monster'. We had a deep red lounge in one of old houses. So when it came to sell we painted everything a neutral colour with just a few accent colours and left minimal ornaments and pictures out. The house sold within a week
I understand you need to choose colours you can take with you and I’d definitely move the TV. I think you really have to think minimally as people can’t see past your personal items.
See it as the sooner you sell you can move into your new home and fill it with everything you want and love

Thats so true. The comments and feedback we have had so far have been a bit odd. When we moved in the place was desperately in need of painting so we just got on with it. But people viewing it are wanting perfection when its a 300 year old building. 😂❤️❤️❤️
I think the walls being cream and no curtains would make the room look for neutral and therefore appeal to a wider audience. As for cushions try the charity shops. That might help the budget. Yes to clear surfaces less dusting ready for viewings.
I'm a big fan of less dusting thats for sure. I'm quite excited about the project now. I LOVE charity shop shopping, we have loads in Scarborough. I've decluttered my wardrobe 'again' 😁so I'll be taking a load of clothes and coming back with soft furnishings ❤️😘😘😍
Would the bed work if you positioned it opposite the window, so you can be in bed (with a nice cup of tea in the morning) & look out of the window at the beautiful sea views? Is there room to have the bedside table either side? Agree with a previous comment about bedside tables & both chest of drawers in a line, can they be jiggled about with the wardrobe to space them out? Think I would go for a light seaside pink or blue to embrace the seaside. Love the window without curtains & just the blind. Panelling on a feature wall is very now, you can get wallpaper to give the same impression. Good luck

I love the idea of a nice pink but you should see Mikes face when I say pink 🤣 I wouldn't mind - hes colour blind but he still has a fit if he thinks hes sat in a pink room. Agree take the curtains down and just leave the blinds. As you are doing, paint the walls light colour. I would forget the pillows and replace the TV with a smaller one (if you already have such a thing). I would just reduce the number of pictures i.e. not all of them. Do the same with the nik naks just put a few very favourite pieces back. Then You then have a big room which is much brighter. That's all you need really. (In my humble opinion). Without having to spend any money.

Yes take the curtains and TV down, the window looks great without the curtains.Can you paint over the wallpaper? Then add plants select pieces back, something appropriate to your amazing location, non challanging neutral , relaxing. Don't forget that the bed is the most impactful feature in the room , it takes up a huge space, it can make or break the room. Lovely smelly stuff , I think the Yorkshire candle company in Sheffield has a special Scarborough Coast Reed Diffuser,, it's really lovely. I could go on!

Paint arrived today, lugged 3 boxes up 3 flights of stairs half dead 😬😂 Got 'fine cream' so hopefully will brighten the room right up and make it more neutral. When we sold our house we took out a storage locker & filled it with all the excess stuff. You should have done this first off & might have sold it by now!
We did! I dont know where its all come from!! I had a hallway packed with boxes all went to storage. Drove me mad the hallway cluttered then once gone - we got agents in. I'm sure my cupboards and wardrobes lead to Narnia. Ive got 4 more boxes ready to go off to storage and 2 more charity bags. Anyway, paint has arrived - cream, curtains down, tv down and my ornaments boxed up. Just need a helper - when you free? 😂x
Just carry on living in your home,somebody will love it and see past your life for what they can do with the property. Everybody is different, just paint walls a new bed cover.

Oh I miss my machine so much. Great British Sewing bee starts 21st May I think, do you sew?? Willow is our alarm clock, and now the curtains are down the sunrise through white blinds also a 'get up' prompt. Storage unit is our lads garage warehouse which is a good 3 hour drive but its free. Our car is also there having work done so will probably get sewing machine back as car comes back too. Be nice to sit and sew - therapy. lovely ❤️
