How long did it take to cure?

Hello! I was able to remove them from the mold within 8 hours (it depends on the resin you use). I would allow 72 hours to fully cure though just to be safe 😊

How did your glitter stay so uniform throughout the coaster mold? My glitter always likes to settle to the bottom. Thank you!! Love your videos!

Hello! Thank you so much for the compliment and for reaching out! You made my day! I tend to add a lot of glitter to my resin and stir it it up before pouring it into the mold. My glitter also sinks, but since I use a ton of it, it tends to look uniform. When I pour it into the molds, the consistency is very thick and chunky instead of smooth and flowy. I hope this helps!!

Thank you my same question just starting and didn't expect the glitter to sink.

Hello! Yes when you don’t add enough glitter, it tends to sink. If you mix it together before pouring, and add a lot of it, it’ll stay uniform.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! That happens to me sometimes where I notice one bottle looks a little more full than the other. When this happens, usually this means that my measurements aren’t exact. Make sure the surface you are pouring on is level. If it’s not level, it will slightly tilt your cups which will cause over or under estimating. I hope this helps!

Hello! I'm so sorry for the late response! I rely on the app to notify me when I get new comments, and I see that this was one of many that did not appear in the notifications! I'll be checking everything on my computer from now on. Depending on what type of resin you use and the temperature of your home could result in more flexible coasters (warmer could result in flexible resin projects). Also, the thinner the project, the chances of it being more flexible are more likely. I hope this helps!
