Spooky Eyed Skull Coaster Horror Collab

This weeks video is part of a Horror Collaboration playlist put together By ‪@DragonsinDressesCraftsortium‬. I used Aqua Cast and resin along with a lot of googly eyes (can you ever have too many) to make a spooky sull coaster. Horrifying too some but not too much as I am a bit of of a wimp!

Okay so, one of the rules for this collab is blood! I kind of bent that by drawing bloody veins in the eye, but hey it’s creepy looking. The other rule was trash and I don’t think I pointed out that the circle of black card was fished out of my trash bin from another project so it really was trash to treasure. I hope you like my PG version of a horror project. I got to say the coaster has been sitting upright on a shelf in my bedroom for the past three nights and Oh boy those eyes are seriously creepy in the half light.

Yeah he kinda is. Has been creeping me out the last couple days though as it's on a shelf in my bedroom and at night those eyes are watching me!

Great coaster. When I first started out in resin, I had problems with top coating, perhaps you could demonstrate how to top coat, for the newer crafters? 😊

@@jayelleart it’s sorta is, but it’s also like a mica. You can rub it onto the moulds the same as mica it’s just really holographic.
