The ramp now comes with the solo as I purchased the ramp separately. I got a text informing me of this and asked if I still wanted the extra ramp, which I didn’t. They then refunded my credit card.

Thanks for sharing your experience! We are always willing to meet your needs. If you buy SOLE R or MATE R, they will all come with a ramp. Only, FELLOW doesn't come with a ramp now.

Like the Young rack. Will go with the dual model to transport 2 E-bikes. Interestingly, the Young video on Amazon shows the rear tire atop of the sliding stopper. I like how you wedge it at the front of the rear tire and ratchet down. Thanks for all the great content on E-bikes and gear.

Wait…. so there’s an optional lock that you can get to lock the rack so nobody can steal it?
The bike rack can be locked to the vehicle by a lock but the Lock is not included, you can prepare one on your own.
The diameter of the lock beam should be less than 7mm
Why are people complaining about the straps not holding?
Please check if the straps are inserted in the right direction, otherwise, it can not hold firmly due to misuse.
