we have a small order for some 1" pine so we got right into sawing with ZZ back on the scene , hope you enjoy! We have a online store at markgaliciccha...
Yay!...ZZ made bail and is back being a productive member of society. You guys are such a relief to watch, compared to watching the rolling disasters on the news channels.
The boys are back in town! Your first turtle looked like a garrison campaign hat. Beautiful grey streaks in the first log. Thanks Mark. Enjoy the coming weekend. Peace
Grandpa especially likes the White Pine videos. Takes him back to his time. He was talking about the million upon millions of board feet that was sawn in the 30's and 40's. He said with a laugh when the third feller (ZZ Mark) finally coming back that is the time to "work the pi** out of him". 😅😅 Then he was talking about when the load of white pine came in they would sometimes cut 12"x12" timber and the next sleigh came in with all of the lower limbs and those were mostly cut into 2"x4"s 8-10ft long. Those were some big big trees back then.
I don't know why, but the edger end of this video made it about my favorite episode so far. The music and the way you guys were working together was great, and made me feel real good. Thank you. Btw, that flag probably isn't perfectly set, but this lifelong Texan is just glad to see it up there. Appreciate that fan caring enough to speak up but know that flag represents all your Texas-based fans!
Good video, great to see ZZ Top back an frisky :) Nice lumber, many things can be made from the great resource of trees. I really like videos of turning ugly logs into wood to make something useful and many times beautiful; full use of the resource of trees. Keep em coming guys :)
I enjoy watching the videos. You all work so well together. I have learned a lot from watching you fellows. Thank you for helping me calm down and stay focused.
@markgalicic7788 I have liked all of your and Mr Eddie's videos. I will continue to watch. Hopefully someday I would like to get up there and meet you all.

How nice to see "Men At Work" (old rock group}. Watching you process logs is like watching someone open a gift; you never know what is inside. It is sort of neat watching you take a shape that is not even or round and cut and make square sides. So about how long would take for that wood to air dry; a year???? It is always good to see you and your crew, "Cutting Crew" another old rock group.
Wow the “booms”, the “man glitter”, “the doggies”, and let’s not forget “Mr. Lazer” I think I’m back in kindergarten and I thought I graduated that 59 years ago😳

I am a big fan of your channel and enjoy watching the process of sawing all sorts of different types of wood. I also enjoy the music that is played when you are using the edger. Would it be possible for you to include the titles of the songs by the artists so I can find them and support the artist by downloading the songs that I like. Thanks.
Mark I love watching the videos you make. I like watching the old steam powered mills and the smaller mills like you operate. One question what breed are the doggs on the carriage? LOL Also I have a suggestion. You should package up some of the man glitter and sell it. I think you have plenty of it. Oh also would you ever sell some of those turtles you cut off the logs and ship them out? Take care say hi to all the guys.

@@markgalicic7788 yep, I've noticed that you do that, very smart of course. What spurred my comment was more that first big knob that had a foot or so to drop onto the conveyor that caught my attention as it bounced around. lol
I always wounder why they always have to keep rolling the log to get a flat spot ? Why can’t they make a saw blade of about for foot in diameter ? This way they could make one pass of the saw blade ! It’s only a piece of metal with teeth on it but most saw mills have small blades !
Thanks! Hey stupid question - if/when you ever do get power up at the mill are you planning to run it using electricity or keep running the gool 'ol Detroit? Keep up the great content!
I sure enjoyed my visit with u'all and the show. I also was able to visit the Flight 93 National Memorial and the National D-DAY Memorial in Bedford, VA on my 1080 mile round trip.
Its nice you mill junkies took ZZ Mark on for that state work release 'Take A Formerly Fleet-Of-Foot Fugitive To Work' program. Keep those legcuffs and ankle monitor on him, or some college track team will come take him away from you. Make ZZ watch that 90's 'Misery' movie, for what hobbling this way comes for ZZ if he doesn't get his rabbiting mind right.
Mark. Chewy is there a limit of what it will move? I watch a few mills now and the hydraulic or manual. I like hydraulics. But they move some monsters, but there has to be a weight that it can’t / rated for X?
All my local suppliers only have 50mm-60mm thick slabs, which is fine for a table top or mantle piece over a fire, but no good for my CNC projects where I want 25-35mm max. I'd kill for some inch slabs like these (but in a harder wood than pine lol). Since I only want a few slabs, the local sawmills are unwilling to do a spacial order, which is really annoying
