Have only been using her products for a week and I’ve already seen a huge difference in the way my skin looks and feels. I also personally enjoy scent free. I’m genuinely impressed that her first line has quality products and good prices. I’ve seen worse from people who were supposed to be more knowledgeable in the business. I’m gonna be completely honest, when it comes to a makeup brand, clothing brand, or skincare brand regardless if it’s a celebrity or an “influencer” creating it, or people who actually specialize in those fields.....I don’t think that many “regular” people truly understand how much work actually goes into creating a brand like that. People need to be paid to make the products or the clothing, there needs to be a place to store the inventory like a warehouse or a factory, the materials to actually create everything need to be paid for and shipped before creating the products, there’s money need to be paid for packages, and there’s money need to be paid for shipping. What not that many people realize is that all of that together.....costs a lot regardless of someone’s social media, and money status. So when people bash certain celebrities and influencers and accuse them of “ripping of the costumers” and just trying to take money from everyone, it makes me wonder.....do these people realize that nobody is forcing them to purchase anything from anyone? Like there’s no rule or law stating that we all need to purchase a product from a celebrity or an influencer, and they themselves aren’t forcing us to do so. If it’s not impacting us personally.....why get all pressed about what they do? I’m sure most of that money probably goes to making their products even better or creating new products but most people just wanna be spiteful and talk shit. I think the face moisturizer is that small because like you mentioned its thick and you dont need much. But i do think it needs to be bigger than the eye cream they basically look the same size🧐.

Remember, a lot money goes into creating a skincare brand regardless of who’s creating it, and how much money they have personally. People need to be paid to create the products, there’s money needed to ship the ingredients to where’s the products are being made, there’s money needed to store everything in maybe a lab, there’s money needed for packaging, and there’s money needed for shipping to all the costumers. All of those factors combined cost a lot, so when a brand has products that seem a bit pricey....it’s not that they’re purposely trying to do it, that’s just how the industry and marketing works when it comes to creating something especially of a large quantity. This is very reasonably priced considering its skincare! If you look at companies like paulas choice, colorscience, sunday riley they are around the same prices if not higher for such a small amount. Also, skincare is an investment rather than paying 100s for makeup that you wear every other day. You cannot compare brands like Cerave, Cetaphil, Neutrogena (drugstore) to this line because they are major corporations with lots of money and resources that can underpay workers and make products for cheaper!

The actual products aren't small like that. Catherine posted the difference in size between the holiday kit (which is this) and the actual product size and they are way bigger.
I’ve never seen any skin campaign where the model isn’t wearing makeup or fake lashes. Even the commercials with the girls splashing water on there face have on makeup and are retouched. So wanting her to not wear makeup for the campaign is unrealistic. She shows her bare skin often on her channel and she has good skin so I don’t mind her selling skincare. I won’t be buying it personally but I think she did a great job at being unique and not giving generic low quality skincare in typical pink or girly packaging like Kylie skin.

Eyecream is the same as normal face cream. The same ingridients, it doesn't do anything if it doesn't have a pigm in it wich makes it automatically half makeup half classic cream
One thing I will say is Catherine showed the sized thoroughly before the launch through videos and pictures so you should have known what you were buying sometimes it’s not always about the size but the quality and how long it will last

I am an esthetician I don’t know much about you or your background in skin care but for moisturizer you are actually supposed to use as little as you can. The product will just build on itself and not absorb in your skin if you use too much. The bottles aren’t supposed to be that big because moisturizers that are used over time can build up bacteria from your hands and the air even if you keep the cover on tightly and it is not expired. Make sure when you put it on your face is wet with either water or a toner to let the product sink in. Moisturizer can help dry skin but it is actually meant to protect your skin from bacteria. It confuses everyone because of it’s name. If you struggle with dry skin on your face try using a serum for dry skin. Body moisturizer is good for dry skin on the body. Your skin on your body is thicker and the products are completely different.
So you know I am not a big Catherine fan and don’t know much about her products or if they are worth the price. I just know a lot about products in general and skin care.
Just so you know, the fact that they are smaller (because they are sample sizes) isn’t necessarily a bad thing. You showed a moisturizer that you’ve been using since last year. Skin care products expire so it’s not necessarily good to have them last that long anyway.
I completely agree with your review! The packaging didn’t feel secure at all, the packaging is sample size but literally the it was 3/4 full when I reached out to their customer service they said they package it like that on purpose in case the product expands, my lip Balm was Damaged when it came in they didn’t offer replacement. For Canada residents we also had to pay extra for duty fees so this $99 set with exchange rate and duty fees was $200. The products are great i do notice a difference just disappointed with their lack of customer service and packaging totally should have been in a more secure box.
Grl check the date on the moisturizer most them las for 12-24 months. So mayb jus double check but I like first aids beauty products ! it will have the bottle like a lil sized open bottle of the product on the bottle 🥰🙏

People need to be paid to create the products, there’s money needed to ship the ingredients to where’s the products are being made, there’s money needed to store everything in maybe a lab, there’s money needed for packaging, and there’s money needed for shipping to all the costumers. All of those factors combined cost a lot, so when a brand has products that seem a bit pricey....it’s not that they’re purposely trying to do it, that’s just how the industry and marketing works when it comes to creating something especially of a large quantity. Everything has a price.

This is very reasonably priced considering its skincare! If you look at companies like paulas choice, colorscience, sunday riley they are around the same prices if not higher for such a small amount. Also, skincare is an investment rather than paying 100s for makeup that you wear every other day. You cannot compare brands like Cerave, Cetaphil, Neutrogena (drugstore) to this line because they are major corporations with lots of money and resources that can underpay workers and make products for cheaper!

I’ve never seen any skin campaign where the model isn’t wearing makeup or fake lashes. Even the commercials with the girls splashing water on there face have on makeup and are retouched. So wanting her to not wear makeup for the campaign is unrealistic. She shows her bare skin often on her channel and she has good skin so I don’t mind her selling skincare. I won’t be buying it personally but I think she did a great job at being unique and not giving generic low quality skincare in typical pink or girly packaging like Kylie skin.
i think everyone expected a skin care line from her if she had decided to do anything beauty related simply because she has really nice skin. She was saying that the campaign didnt scream skincare to her.

Eyecream is the same as normal face cream. The same ingridients, it doesn't do anything if it doesn't have a pigm in it wich makes it automatically half makeup half classic cream

I am an esthetician I don’t know much about you or your background in skin care but for moisturizer you are actually supposed to use as little as you can. The product will just build on itself and not absorb in your skin if you use too much. The bottles aren’t supposed to be that big because moisturizers that are used over time can build up bacteria from your hands and the air even if you keep the cover on tightly and it is not expired. Make sure when you put it on your face is wet with either water or a toner to let the product sink in. Moisturizer can help dry skin but it is actually meant to protect your skin from bacteria. It confuses everyone because of it’s name. If you struggle with dry skin on your face try using a serum for dry skin. Body moisturizer is good for dry skin on the body. Your skin on your body is thicker and the products are completely different.
So you know I am not a big Catherine fan and don’t know much about her products or if they are worth the price. I just know a lot about products in general and skin care.
It’s not gonna work the same on everyone! Just cus it doesn’t work on you doesn’t mean it’s gonna be the same for everyone else.
Just so you know, the fact that they are smaller (because they are sample sizes) isn’t necessarily a bad thing. You showed a moisturizer that you’ve been using since last year. Skin care products expire so it’s not necessarily good to have them last that long anyway.

Balm was Damaged when it came in they didn’t offer replacement. For Canada residents we also had to pay extra for duty fees so this $99 set with exchange rate and duty fees was $200. The products are great i do notice a difference just disappointed with their lack of customer service and packaging totally should have been in a more secure box.
Grl check the date on the moisturizer most them las for 12-24 months. So mayb jus double check but I like first aids beauty products ! it will have the bottle like a lil sized open bottle of the product on the bottle 🥰🙏
