How Many Buttons Do You Need To Beat Borderlands 2 (LIVE) DAY #4

This is the first day of a new challenge run I am attempting on Borderlands 2, I would like to see what the least amount of buttons it takes to beat Borderlands 2 is. I will not be using a mouse for this challenge instead I will only be allowed to look around with the right arrow key, I will not be using the left arrow key because this challenge is to use the least amount of buttons possible.
Also, I can’t just bind Walk to W and then bind Use to W if I need to interact with something each button I use must be its own bind. I am starting out with 6 buttons that I 100% need to beat the game. W is Walk, Right Arrow Is look right, D is Shoot, E in interact, Enter is accept, and finally,y Esc Is Pause. The reason I am counting escape is because it is a button that is needed to be pressed to exit the game or exit out of a vehicle menu which I will explain better later. However, After the game is paused any buttons I press do not count, this is also the case for the starting menu.
I will be playing in Normal mode and the challenge is over once I unlock true Vault Hunter mode
Starting Key Binds (Will Update For Each Stream)-
W- WALK FOWARD
E- USE
D- FIRE
Right Arrow- Turn Right
Enter- ACCEPT
ESC- PAUSE
Q-ADS
R- Vehicle Handbrake/Grenade
Space- Jump
Z- HONK
Down Arrow - Toggle Down
