I am almost 60 . Two years after making the decision to “try” I went to “”detachment “” focussed Al=anon meetings I did the reading , the writing , observing practice: practice practice . I love and I am very kind to myself (as least half the amount, If not more) as I loved and cared for my children. Better late than never. One of the affirmations that helps (to this day) is taped to my bathroom. “ if not now, then when?”. Good luck and so many blessing are in store for those that are willing to receive. This meditation reminds me to “daily, show myself and others GRACE “ . If not now, then when?
