I love this interview, it was totally amazing. This is when music 🎶 🎵 interviews were cool 😎. I love Rod Stewart. I remember seeing this. Rod Stewart is really transparent and being authentic and real. Rod is very honest about how he feels. He says exactly what he means. He don't mince words. I love Rod's hair and he's so sexy too.
Wow, Wolfman Jack. I had forgotten about him until I saw this clip. I grew up listening to him along with Casey Kasem. Good times and great music back then.
Too many people forget that Rod Stewart is well-known by his inner circle for being just as good at fighting and playing soccer as he is at singing. lol
Poor wolfman totally dropped the ball on this interview. He just doesn't know how to act in front of somebody like rod who has that much English class. Seems like he was baiting him but rod wouldn't have it because he's smarter. But wolf man hung in there and tried. I could have thought of way more interesting questions to ask Rod . Next time wolfman should gather his questions together and write him out on a piece of paper and have somebody with intelligence look them over and pick the good ones .
Totally agree with your comment. The Wolfman looked like an unprepared novice in this interview, really dumb questions. Big ego, very little substance. Love Rod, played along with the asinine questioning, presented himself well. I saw him and the Faces in 1975. Ronnie Wood was with him after tourning with the Stones earlier that year, which I also saw. Both the Faces and the Stones were tremendous in 1975.
@@michael1415 if I saw the faces live in concert I could pass away that night a happy man. I have the box set with everything they ever recorded and they are fabulous and so are the Stones 😁
@@chriskroll4166 I have the Faces full set of albums as well. The 1975 tour was a farewell tour. It was clear that Ronnie was going to the Rolling Stones on a permanent basis. Rod Stewart had his solo career in high gear as well. So, there was sadness the night I saw them in the autumn of 1975, knowing it was now over for this band which had a great run in the first half of the 1970's. I had great seats, too, 5th row on the arena floor. I didn't have such good seats for the Stones, but the concert was great. It's impossible to downplay how powerful the Rolling Stones were as a band in those years, simply magnificent and already with an amazing catalog of songs and albums.
I love Rod Stewart he is the best and I love Wolfman Jackman too.
I miss Wolfman Jack. He was a part of my childhood.
Wolfman knew music and he was the best ever
Great Interview, great Rod nice talking voice❤
Great interview! I saw Faces in 1975 in Indianapolis, some of the greatest two hours of my life!
Thanks for sharing.

Rod the god!
Not much chemistry between Wolfman and Rod. I felt like Rod was trying, but Wolfman just wasn’t feeling it. Strange.
well Rod is your classy English "jack the lad" and obviously much smarter and articulate compared to big dumb American Wolfman...lol
No wonder Rod was so popular with both girls and boys he is very pretty. Beautiful eyes and very pouty.

Rod is cute!
Saw Rod in 76 at Earls Court or Wembley (can’t remember) the gig was great but that venue not longer here had awful acoustics
Rod Stewart was like women.
Horrible interviewer that Wolfman Jack
