Bourbon and Boards is the best! Make sure you have a reservation. Have the owner Troy "surprise" you with a flight of his favorite bourbon. You wont be disappointed! They are opening a second location right down the street in the old Woolworth building soon too. Boat Drinks is a great place to people watch from the balcony.

Hi Chad, I noticed there are no hostels in St. Aug. Can you recommend any cheap/clean accommodation’s?

A number of years ago, The Pirate Haus Inn described itself as a hostel. I don’t think that’s the case anymore. They now say it’s an “affordable accommodation.” The rooms are upstairs in a historic building over some shops. Other than that, you might want to look into some of the chain motels along the bay front or US 1. You might want to look into Villa 1565. I’ve heard they have clean rooms that are affordable. It has a historic tree in the middle of the property and is a short walk to downtown.
