They ended up finding out so many crazy things about thier dad that they needed to know, and also rewrote thier whole reality. So maybe Hazel knew that would happen, and did it on purpose so they would create a paradox and rewrite everything. Maybe he had a deeper reason for this.
Maybe he knew they would try to find their father, which then it would warn the father that Diego wants to stop the assassination, which is why he put that fake robot. Part of the apocalypse was because Kennedy was saved in the first timeline and he started the war

Along wih that, he was already busy with Umbrellas a lot. And he possibly couldn’t know who their real parents were when they met at 1960s and having Grace name them. One the other hand, they possibly really could have altered the timeline that he changed Umbrella to Sparrow and was able to offer more for other kids. But, the chances seem like a fair 50-50 lol

However, you can travel into the future, but likely can’t go back to your present timeline. Also when are we getting the Hotel Oblivion storyline and past Umbrella Academy missions?
If team zero is now on a different timeline where their versions weren't adopted by Reginald, that would mean those versions are still on that same timeline. Reginald just didn't chose to adopt them this time, but they should still be out there. So in season 3, all six members of the team zero will have a duplicate in that timeline and they probably wouldn't even know it.

However, even though Harry is very open with his sexuality, Louis seems like he's not ready to open that part of him to the public just yet.
