Sun style tai chi is my favorite tai chi style because it is very efficient in combat. I've been learning it and applying it during sparring against karate-do practitioners, and its very effective.
Thanks so much for posting. I have been slowly learning the Competition form, but after seeing videos like this of both Masters Sun Jianyun and Sun Shurong, I have decided to learn instead the long form, the way it was intended.

Amazing after doing the Hao style a few times, you can make out the subtle differences where Sun Lutang placed all the various elements in.
Really beautiful. I learnt Chen style but Sun is my favourite now.
