Beautiful place, especially during the festive season. I’m going there this Christmas with my family and it will be my sixth time. We only ever go at Christmas because there’s a lot to see then.

Thank you for taking the time to film and upload your visit to Hever. I was fortunate to visit with a small group of academics in 2017, and the staff advised us of the many changes that had occurred
within the Castle since the time of Anne Boleyn, most noticeably during the time of Lord Astor.Nevertheless, a remarkable place to visit, with its deep historical significance. The gardens, as your film clearly shows, are simply gorgeous, and extensive. Anyone planning a tour should allow ( in my opinion ) a minimum of four hours for full appreciation of house and garden.
Thank you once again, and pleased you did not fall down the stairwell whilst filming :)

I was here in July 2018. Amazing castle but wish I’d taken a bus to get there like this. I took a train then walked to this remote location. Very dangerous roads and easy to get lost.

I think she would feel confident that her daughter ended Tudor rule due to Henry’s murder of her. That’s how I like to see it.

Really nice castle & grounds, it must have been pleasant in the spring & summer to just stroll around outside. Thanx for filming the ducks & birds too, they were beautiful. Hopefully I'll be able to see it in person someday, the ceilings & woodwork inside are grand.

Lisa O'Connor those mannequins dressed as Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn looked so alive, as though they were about to walk around or face the camera and speak to us. They would probably demand to know why we’re all here gaping at them and invading their castle like they were animals in a sideshow, and why we’re not standing to attention, kneeling, bowing/curtsying before them. By the way, did you know that Henry VIII is said to be the first monarch to be addressed by the title “your Majesty” when other kings before him were referred to as “His Grace” and were also addressed as “Sire”? This is because Henry VIII regarded himself as being the Lord’s anointed and believed he was one step away from God and therefore had God’s majesty. “His Grace” was used because kings regarded themselves as having the Grace of God. Hope that makes sense.

Just watched the first five minutes of this video. It is as though you have taken the card out of the camera and uploaded it without any editing. You have many very good shots which deserved to be looked at, but you have not trimmed any of them to take out the not so good footage, which is a shame. You could probably halved the time of the video just by taking out the in-between bits. I will continue to watch, thanks for the upload.

For me Lord Astor spoiled Never why because he made a drawing or something like why did he have to do that? he should have left it as it was or take something from and a smaller room and leave part of this kitchen Places like this one should not be changed some alteration yes but not much for me it should have been as it was it's a historic place

This "tour"is absolute nonsense!Hever Castle certainly did Not have the livingroom furnished as shown. This"tour" is merely someone's home video of their own visit

That living room does'nt match the time period. It's odd here.
It would be out of place if Hever castle is only being used as a museum.
