I do this too. If I just watch a quad video over and over again, watching the movements, I will practice to try and get better because I am a newly awakened therian (I awakened as a therian around December 2023)

Actually, since humans evolved from apes, im pretty sure we just grew out of the “walking on 4 legs thing”. So most likely, we were made to walk on 4 legs, we just stopped doing it
@@Thecatwithaknife Humans didnt evolve from apes since its been confirmed but our past ancestors had longer arms and shorter legs and stuff and they did have the ability to walk on 4 legs Apes have more of a C shaped spine while the past ancestors had an S shaped spine like us today- (i take anthropology classes so it was a shocker when i heard we didnt evolve from apes.. what did happen was we seperated somehow in DNA and Bipedalism happened which causes us to walk on 2 legs and to help us forage food or something like that) thats why i said its pretty impressive since were 2 legged walkers It also involves with our spine and skull (i forgot whats it called or how it works i think its called cervical vertebrae??) but thats is also another reason why we cant walk on 4 legs since we evolved and separated from chimps.. We basically evolved more separated from chimps and evolved from other past hominins (i think its hominins?) WE DID EVOLVE OUR JAW MUSCLES THOUGH SO THATS A COOL THING (Chimps/apes/monkeys also have smaller femur bones and larger hips compare to us..)
Tbh watching you walk makes me less insecure abt my quads cause I can see it also looks good and natural when your back isnt perfectly paralell to the ground. And your form is so good

Not a fan of therians but I've always found the way they do quadrobics impressive af like bro, trot, canter and run are so smooth (Also I've seen some jumping too and OMG THEY'RE HORSES)
I just wanted to say thank you for encouraging/inspiring me to show my true colors. I live in a family who is against quads (even though it’s an exercise), furries, and therians, so I had always been shy to do anything drastic like wearing gear/doing quads. But after seeing you do it, it sorta inspired me to try it myself. Thank you a lot, this is a huge impact on my life.
I've been working on quadrobics for about a week now (I am not a therian, just someone who is interested in the things they do), and I'm happy to say I've gotten better at walking and trotting! My arms hurt like heck, but it's worth it. Keep up the great work, Phenic!
@PhenicFox, Hello, Ik ur probs not gonna see this and this is kinda an off topic thing, but I made a mask :3 And it’s not a therian mask, it’s a furry mask. But since I can’t afford a real Dino mask, I make my own. But my mom saved up to get me and my little brother a Dino mask… it was a rip off one. But anyway, my new mask that I made is my favorite! It’s a black with silver speckles and I wanted to make it kinda dark since my other ones are bright and happy, this one has red blood (paint) splattered on it with red (talon) prints on it too. I really like it even though my dad and stepmom think that when I make these I’m weird. Have a good day :3
Be careful,once i did quads without gloves and there was blood all over my arm,i had to go to the hospital for it:( Storytime i was practicing quads at the park and i didnt notice there were so many glasses i didnt notice,i made a high jump but then all of the glasses got into my arm and there was blood over my shirt,my arm and i was crying because the glasses entered my arm and we had to rush to the hospital because it was really bad,but now im okay dont worry!

i’m not a therian but a quadrobist, this is amazing to help me with form, thanks! i learned that when walking like a bob cat i should plant the heel of my foot to the ground and not only my toes. it’s much more comfortable and looks more animal like!
