That's beautiful and the only theology that works. God is truly loving and has won a victory more comprehensive than most Christians even have an inkling of!
I have had more spiritual conversations with agnostics and atheists, since I became Universalist than I did in the entire rest of my life. I am now 62 years old, and up until I became a universalist nonbelievers were projects that needed to be saved. And they knew they were projects and hated it. Now that I believe they are saved and just don’t know it, they begin discussions with me about spiritual matters. And it’s like, “Do you really wanna talk about this?” Because I don’t feel I have to to be your friend. Suddenly, spiritual life has become intriguing to them. I am treating them differently, and I know it. I believe only now I am beginning to love the way Christ wants us to love. Unconditionally .In my experience, being a universalist has opened all sorts of doors that were previously closed. As David Bentley Hart has said, “ it is the only conscionable position a Christian can have!”
I didn’t believe it at first but I would keep coming back to it and now I believe in the restoration of all and for the first time I feel the freedom in Christ that was poorly taught to me while growing up in the Evangelical church.
One more thing. Pastors that preach hell are putting their people in hell here by putting that fear in them especially the children and causing all this anxiety that is going on among the youth. There is NO fear in Love and God Is Love. I call Him my Abba and that means daddy. 🥰❤️

I have never been in a box kind of thinking and now as a bible beleiving universalist I,m free to not sin and deal with people without the need to get them saved but now after listening to Scot I can party with Jesus in reconciling the world untill the rerserection and redemption of all
@@kieranswift9427 True, but I was just saying that due to Adam, it's impossible for us not to sin, even when our intentions are not to. It's inevitable.
Sorry I thank God you had the courage as a pastor to be open to change and to the workings of the Spirit of Trurh. I have no doubt God is blessing your church.
1 Timothy 4:10, KJV: For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those who believe. Those who are saved now, in this world, have protection and provision from God. Psalm 91 explains well.
I'm a conservative politically but I am a Christian Universalist. I have noticed that most Universal Reconciliationists are leaning more liberal and that's ok with me but it is interesting
I'm very conservative and I would consider myself a hopeful universalist, but I've noticed the same thing. I would recommend listening to George Sarris (he was also featured on this channel), he's a universalist, but he hasn't let that belief lead him into embracing all the crazy leftwing lunacy that so many other universalists have.
I always wanted to ask my pastor "So Jesus, while nailed to the cross, looked down at all those that were carrying out the task, and those that were getting what they wanted, and then He asked His Father to forgive them. Well........... Did He?" I'm pretty certain that my pastor would have to agree that Jesus asking the Father is a divine statement, rather than an actual request. He and The Father are one. And thus the perpetrators were forgiven. They may not have known that they were. They certainly didn't ask for to be forgiven. They didn't even confess that they had done anything wrong. They weren't sorry. Yet........
Remember the father always heard him and he demonstrated that with Lazarus. so anything he said was true and the will of God. so if he forgave them they were forgiven. and if he could forgive someone killing him what worst could you do?
So in light of what you are saying how does one interpret Roman 9:3? Surely Paul speaks about being accursed for his people. The most probable meaning is that he speaks about this in terms of taking their place. If he was a universalist surely he would not have been that annoyed. On a different point did you mean to mention "heaven" around 5.05? Surely for Paul we are bringing heaven upon earth if we belong to Jesus Christ. We are to live out the new creation standards right now (Colossians 2-3) . Yet this is only possible for those who have the new creation life of the risen Jesus, (Romans 6). I have only come across your videos and am wondering if you have any videos where you interpret Bible passages. Thanks
Just googled him. Seems to be in Missoula, MT. But they're online too. I just pray that his ideas catch on so everybody doesn't have to go to Montana every week to hear this message. ☺

@@deeveevideos You can google it and find the right exegete to this verse from Alpha and Omega ministries for example. The entire Bible is talking about the ones who are Godly and who will inherit a righteous kingdom and then the ungodly who will face the wrath of God. @@nikokapanen82 God's wrath is a fire that burns the deadwood of sin. So that it clears away everything that blocks his light from the person.
