Watching the new OP for the first time in theaters made me real emotional. After nearly 12 years of Girls und Panzer, we are reaching the end soon. But I am satisified with what the series has accomplished since it aired. It literally saved Oarai and several tank museums thanks to the wonderful fans who have supported the series and its creators since. I am looking forward to the next Das Finale and OVAs! Until then, let's enjoy the series as much as we can!
Thank you! What a fantastic song, and OP! The first song/OP is good, but very much a "cool tank battles" OP. This one... man, they really leaned into the character/slice-of-life angle, and paired with the song/lyrics this feeling like "the end" finally really hit me. Not gonna lie I got pretty emotional the first time through.
It's funny, but this is how I felt once I just got my diploma as I graduate from college and I would tell my friends that I won't say goodbye despite knowing that it would be the last time we'll meet as classmates/schoolmates through the tears.
ANOTHER UPLOAD SO SOON? it just felt like yesterday when you uploaded sunny girl, and it has already been 5 months, time really flies... i'll try not to become sad and just enjoy the song :)
