I'm just a bit disappointed, especially Usopp, he has all these pop-green stuff, but he hasn't done anything cool since Dressrosa. It's kinda a shame.
When it comes to guys like Franky , brook and usopp I don't think their written to necessarily "strong" characters. Think about about it from this point view if these guys were to go back to Grandline they would be considered monsters in their own right

I believe Haki is NOT the power of the soul, is the power of WILL, thou it can be a little confusing, i believe that Brook doesn't have the kind of Will needed to unlock haki abilities.
