for go quest, counting is made by chinese rules. so stones and territory have value while prisoners dont. so dame is not really dame here. it is +1. also after finishing lining you can play in your territory to remove all died enemy stones from the board so you can avoid any kind of counting problem.
also the komi is 7 point 😅

What happens if white cut instead of block when black hane at 11:50?

Then White would stretch at h8 and there is no way out of this mess for Black. But it certainly would have been better, because it's more complicated and White is under time pressure.

Do you really not know joseki? You played the correct joseki (according to human players and AI) in many of the 9x9 games you showed.

A more accurate komi for 9x9 is 3.5 or at most 4.5, but almost everyone plays 9x9 at 6.5 komi instead. If you see someone who wants a 9x9 game but insists on playing white at 6.5 komi, they are trying to give themselves an unfair advantage. I would suggest not to accept such games.

      was this proven with AI?

@@claytonsmith3749 According to Katago, with 7 komi on 9x9, White's advantage is less than 1 point. ADC Yuumi should question their reasoning ;)

6.5 is definitely more accurate than 3.5 or 4.5 - don't spread misinformation.
